You are very rude and ignorant Mr Doggo calling people names. Some of us do not have time too read all the posts and links or like a lot we suspect, do not have the inclination. You really do need to look at yourself before calling people, who you do not know, names, in fact none of us should call any one names. About 12 months+ ago there was a terrible amount of nasty comments to and fro from posters, which after we kept asking you all to cease and concentrate on FFWD finally came to an end with some unfortunately leaving the board.
You, and you are not by yourself appear to think you are all the be all and end all when it comes to SEED, with all other investors taking note of every word you all write. However the majority of people incl. LTH of SEED have a life to live and probably are not the slightest bit interested in very minor information, in what is at the moment a tin pot Aim company, who are though striving to grow, they only want to know things that do make a big difference to the SP. We have invested far more than we should have in SEED and of course are interested in news, but not the same or minor item that gets repeated over and over again by various posters.
We go days not looking at the incessant posts from some of you that in the end are meaning less and repetitive, making it difficult to read any think of substance.
I happened to sit for a few moments the other evening and did notice the post by a person whose name eludes me at the moment, informing us Factom had been sold and my initial feeling was that I was surprised, as well as pleased it had been sold so quickly. We were interested to know how much SEED would benefit on their NAV, so what is stupid about that. What is written on here has no effect on the SP, only news does that. Some of you appear to have all the time in the world to spend looking for any tiniest link to Seed. Which is their choice while the majority of us could not give a sausage about very minor news.
You comments about us make us giggle as you have no idea of what life is like for us, I started this note at 5.45 this morning while preparing tablets, morphine along with body attachments for my wife, before I take her to the toilet, shower and dress her. She is fully fit mentally but her body has failed her with her hearing, eyes and legs not working very well along with 5 other chronic illness's she suffers from. I do my best for her whilst being on full disability myself owing to chronic conditions I have. We are not complaining but to be called stupid for asking a question leaves us breathless. I put this on paper to try and make you understand there is a world out there that people have to cope with, some which are difficult.

But as it is going we will be able to buy under 8p unfortunately, but we will get in under 8p, anything below our average we buy. Love to get our average below 8p.
Just where do these sales come from. Love to know their reason for disposing of stock. Wonder if some are selling because of the name change, stranger things have happened.

Any money from a Factom sale will all add to our NAV. Any idea how much we will get? Well spotted Ciel. Hope it is correct.

You are not far out about traders etc. Plus a few small holders who have got fed up and those LTH picking up their sales. As we have all said until the NAV rises a lot we will be stuck at 8p with minor rises before falling back.

Just come in to see how it is going, these large sales are probably the same person/s who have been getting rid of their holding/s over the last few weeks, but why? large holders must surely know the value, so why are they selling, do they know something we do not? Goodness knows how many they hold to be selling off like this, if of course it is only one selling. However we have had large buyers who are taking up the stock they sell. Of course it they could be selling and buying for tax reasons etc. or putting their holdings in to family ISAs for the new year so they do not have to pay tax when the rise does come. So long as buyers and sellers are more or less the same it does not matter. You do get the feeling the MMs are keen to up the SP when they can. At 8p it does attract buyers, indicates this is the bottom on the information we have at present.

Just had a quick look and am seeing an easing in the SP with a few sellers coming in. Hopefully this will not escalate. MMs look a bit nervous, if we get buyers come in again at the current price that may put confidence in to those who are thinking of adding/buying. Time will tell, just hope we do not return to 8p.

We think we saw a few months ago that Leap has very few staff, however we may need correcting on this point. If the staff totals are low, were are the expensive going as research is done by the staff as is sales. They would not require a lot of property , so we are missing out on what some of their expenses are. Are they paying themselves large remuneration's ?
It is not known how they charge for their games or at what rate. Perhaps they are getting their games in to gaming companies because they are selling them at a low (we try to refrain from saying cheap) price.
We understand they are not making a profit so details of their accounts are need to assess just how good an investment Leap is. They may be the leading producer of these games but it is profit we need to see. All we want to know are the real financial facts about Leap.
Perhaps some of you do know them?

FFWD did the sensible thing by selling part of their holding at around the top. If they felt it did have a future then continue to hold part of your holding
Price drop, it is our guess that some started taking big profits (like some one called FFWD) at around 40 then others followed thinking we had better get out before it has dropped to below what we paid, like any with any stock market price collapse. The question now is was it worth 40, if not what is it worth? if it is worth 40 then you buy back in once it has settled.
As we said sell at the top buy at the bottom, simples!!!
It looks as though the BOD are not doing too bad at all, regardless as to what some thought in the past.
Be very pleased if we settle at 9p Friday evening.

Better to be prepared for a small rise after Leap IPO, then be delighted if it is a big rise, than be too optimistic and then be disappointed if the rise is not so big as you hoped for.
We have had disappointments over the last 6 or so years, perhaps we are due a really very good result.
Nice to see the buyers back after those sales that were recorded as unknown. If we can reach 9p and hold there for a few days then we may be starting to see SP rise.
What is need is more publicity regards cannabis and the fact the only way people can get in to it easily and in many cannabis firms is by buy investing in to FFWD.

Who on earth are these sellers, will they ever run out? Once the SP does rise we will continue to be inundated with those who want out and get their money back, which will hold the SP back. Until we get to 13p and the sellers run out we can see no decent steady rise in the SP.
Just looked to see what the price was and am very disappointed to see a small rise.
We have added to a few stocks that we hold in our ISAs which we think are cheap. ALAI, RR. TW. BRLA MAB, IBST, GFRD they are only showing a small up rise from the initial cost. Generally we look to make a decent profit within 18 months on this sort of stock. These have been slow but have the potential to go up once in favour. Bit like SEED which is out of favour, but once it is in favour those sellers will be swamped with buyers who see the potential of SEED. plus we added to SMT which we have added as a long term hold. We are now cash heavy which we will keep until further opportunities arise.
Remember when the blood is running in the gutters out side the stock exchange BUY , when people think the market will never stop going up and stocks are at a peak SELL. 55 years of trading has proved this to be reliable guide to buying and selling. it also relates to sectors.

Companies use what ever figures they want too, so everything looks as good as it can. This looks interesting though. Just hope all this is reflected in the NAV when it is next published.
It is a very strong buy up to 12.5p at the moment on the information available.
Unfortunately I was taken poorly again when trying to write the last post, something I do just to give me a break. Doctors keep saying rest, fine chance of that. So am selling up all our stocks that have gone up 175% plus. Some hit 350% since spring 2020 so am taking the cash. There are sectors that are undervalued and will add to our holdings in them. However the majority we hold are in ITs.
SEED is a gamble for us and we hold it "just in case it does rocket up" We will not buy any more unless it does drop below our average buy cost, which we doubt it will ever do again. Long term it will grow a lot, then you will see the big buys eventually buying in to it. We do not include it in our portfolio, like premium bonds it is a gamble rather than an investment. which reminds me that we must see how much the PBs have sent us in prize money this month. We used to look forward to their letters with a warrant in it but they now only inform you on line and pay the winnings in to your bank accounts.

We have just been cashing in on the profits we have made from stocks we bought 15 months or so ago. For one reason or another SMT was not one of them. However any easing in the SP will see us enter for the long term. WE invest in a lot of out of favour stocks along with many ITs especially any out of favour sectors small companies and those investing in poor countries as these can show massive increases. and in the long run it pays off.
We do have a very large holding in FFWD which is an Aim IT that is very out of favour, but has a lot of potential. Approaching 80 we have seen it all a number of times and I can tell you ITs save you so much work. Just buy sectors out of favour they do come back to give you big profits. Stocks after a slump, that have dropped to silly prices are a gold mine. No one likes us and our way of investing, just look at FFWD postings. But we tend to be right in the end and what others say is of no consequence. No point buying any thing when it is at the top. Building is the only sector we really fancy at the moment along with SMT and FFWD, which is a bit of a gamble.

We are confident that SEED will show us some decent returns, 300% we want, but it is still a patience game. We would buy more, but only if we can pay below our bought average, which it has not gone down too, yet!!
If and when some of our (SEED) investments either float or are bought out giving us a big NAV increase there may then be some upside to the SP. But we fear the SP will trade at a 20-25% discount to its NAV in the near term. if it did shoot up to 25-30p VERY SOON we would sell a few hundred thousand from our various ISAs. However our mood re SEED changes daily until something actually happens.
Stay firm LTH, probably best to look at the SP every other day and get on with our lives in the meantime.

All the this positivity, yet the sellers keep dominant. You see a run of buys which only brings out more sellers.
When / If FFWD ever does go up the sellers will stop a big rise until the only ones left are those who want to be long term holders. As it stands while we keep get these sellers the SP will go no where.

Just having a quick look and am very disappointed at the SP. Just who are these sellers? surely there cannot be many more willing to sell under 8p. Good to see buyers swooping in at under 8p. At least we know, as things stand, that 8p is the base. May try and raise a few pennies to buy a few more under 8p

Are they still selling? especially after todays news, while not earth shattering it is good steady news, the type you want to push a shares NAV up.
Yet no buyers, which we fail to understand. If we can raise some pennies and it stays around 8p we will add. The NAV must have gone up a bit.
Just had 5 minutes rest. Ah well have to go and make breakfast for the wife now I have got her washed and dressed and the washing on. I come on just for a break and put some loose thoughts on paper, do look at some posts if they look interesting, but do not have time or inclination to look at links put on here. How people find time to go on to that "social meeting sites" I do not know. We did register with Facebook when pushed in to it by the family, never actually looked at it. Facebook emailed us to say that they were locking us out as our account been infiltrated. Never did find out how to get it unlocked, not that we are missing much according to what I hear on the news about the problems it causes. Managed quite nicely for nearly 80 years without it. No this is as far as I go as it does affect us a bit. Oh dear the good lady is calling. will keep up with the SP daily and look in hear at weekend if i get the chance. Take care all

Has it further to fall ? will it come back up? is it worth buying a few again while at a low price, which is our game?

Funny time of day to drop the Bid price after the last trade at 16.26, yet leave the Ask price the same, making a 0 .7p spread (for Monday morning). Looks like they want to get more Shares as cheap as possible while keeping their ASK price at 8.5 giving themselves a big leeway. We do appreciate they traded on a very small spread today. Go much lower and we may even come in again.
Yet there were approximately 175k sold and 187K Bought so why the big drop or will we see a late very high sale

LEAP has been going to IPO OR sold in the next Q something or other for a very long time. Tomorrow has always been a very strong promise for years.
So just forget it and wait until something actually happens .
Big boys are not interested, yet, until some firm news and a rise in the NAV occurs SEED will fiddle along.
Six years we have been hearing the same old promises and upbeat statements from some of you who would have been better occupied living instead of posting any little news you spent hours searching that is relevant to FFWD / SEED. Whatever good things you post do not do the slightest good to the SP and read by very few at a guess.
You either feel it is worth investing in SEED or you sell up. We own a few hundred thousand shares and do not intend to increase towards the million mark.
WE DO THINK IT IS WORTH HOLDING ON TO THE SHARES WE HAVE, AS WE MAY DOUBLE OUR MONEY, PLUS. Doubling we could have done investing elsewhere over the last six years. But we fill our ISAs with them just incase there is a massive breakthrough

We do wonder if all these so called sales are all sales, as the MMs vary between 8p and 8.15p.
From last nights 8p they are paying sellers 8.125 for stock , if they are sales. Why would they pay sellers more this morning? It is time for the MMs to say if a trade is a sale of buy and it is then published so everyone instead of them having to guess which it is because both buys and sales are below the mid price.
So we tried a dummy purchase and was quoted 8.09p to buy. This appears to indicate we are correct in our thoughts and all trades (most of todays) above 8p are purchases and only 8p (two of them) are in fact sellers.
