Very interesting what you have posted, our guess is that FFWD have their eyes on other investments which they will fund from the disposal of some of the current holdings at a massive profit. No doubt the £ sign could be the start of FFWDs NAV if all goes well.
Sell 50% of Leap, giving us a handsome profit and the chance of even more profit from the holding we retain. This way we take a bird in the hand plus we still have eggs to produce more £chicks.
We may know more sooner than we think on reading this copy of that Twitter remark, which ever way it goes it could be the golden egg that FFWDs goose laid.
Regards the current SP, it looks like a stalemate until our NAV increases officially. Most investors are not keen on buying at a premium to the published NAV. You only find people buying above NAV when it is a tried and tested company, such as LTI for example.
Keep buying, even at 11.5p the increase could be massive, if the posters on here are any where near the target.

So MS have bought more CINE, must have heard we had invested in them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Though they have increased from their low we feel it can recover even more once people start going again. First time we have invested in them so lets see if we have got it right or not.
We buy in to what appear to be very low SPs in companies and it pays off over all. Some do drop further but usually return to what we paid then carry on going up.
Still buying in to what is ( in our opinion) the cheapest IT around with the stock they are invested in they can easily treble or more the current 12 p price which has already doubled.
FFWD may be the once in a life time chance, but do your research so you agree before investing.

A bit surprised to see the SP drop from an opening price of 644 to under 600p but it will no doubt return. There will be profit takers after all. We are approaching a 12 months high as well.

Ask price goes up. The mid price goes up,
but the MMs are getting away with not increasing the Bid price because of the few who are keen to get out and fail to realise the potential here. Still we will run out of those sellers and the MMs will find themselves short of stock and will have to push the Bid price up to attract sellers.
We always knew that the sellers would appear when they can get their stake money back or show a small profit.
Not sure if everyone takes in the last RNS meaning. They fail to read the excellent posts from our resident knowledgeable ones .
We do need one of the national newspapers financial sections to catch on to FFWD to attract the herds who read and follow them, that would make a difference to the SP.
Still a lot of cheap stock about other than FFWD and we continue to add to our holdings and buy the odd new one. These are generally well below the price they traded at prior the virus.

Come on lads lets stop giving each other abuse and concentrate on whats happening.
When will the accounts be released, will Wadnob get his dividend? when will we get a valuation on leap etc.

Of course we like to know what others think, that is how you expand your knowledge, even at advanced ages, otherwise you are just inwardly thinking. We have said why we do not think there will be a dividend, so we wanted to know from others who think differently. Most of you have far more knowledge of FFWD than us so it is wise to know their feelings on the matter. Unfortunately I do not have the time to spend looking as a great deal of my time is taken up looking after my disabled wife who has deteriorated lately, and my own health is not so good. We still do take an interest in investing and have done very nicely since the lock down with under priced companies.
Knowledge comes from learning from others.

We would like a dividend, but because we would like it does not mean we will get one. Why others think there will be a dividend would be interesting to know. Surprised some are here only for the dividend as we think of dividends as a bird in the hand bonus. We buy and hold FFWD along with others because we think their SP could go upwards, in the case of FFWD another 40p plus.

Over the last few months a number of you thought we may get a dividend, but while we do not think this will happen as FFWD wishes to invest in a wider range of companies therefore requiring cash to do so, how much do you think a dividend would be per share held and would it be available in shares.

Not us yet, but we are seriously thinking of adding to what we bought a few weeks ago.
Looks cheap and that is what we buy, stocks that look cheap . Oil may not get to what it was but sales can only go up from the present low, we hope. A lot of stocks we have bought in to since Feb. have recovered well already , however others will take a little longer.

Now we are about 10% below NAV the buying has ceased more or less and we can only hope we can hang on to the present price until more news emerges. If we get sellers and the SP eases back then we may get buyers paying around and under 10.5p. to hold the stock steady. Lets just hope too many do not get nervous and sell causing others to follow. A bit of decent news that puts the NAV up a lot is what we need to get the price to continue to rise. So until then we may well just remain stagnant. At this price, something we only hoped for a month back, lets be satisfied and have patience until that good news arrives. We could do with our results but doubt they will come until they have to be published, probably in the autumn.

Nice if it did, but without some tiny bit of fresh news we may find all we get is a struggle to stay around 12p.,which 3 weeks ago would have been unheard of. There will be sellers as we progress, hopefully buyers will take up the slack. Selling less than the amount that are are bought each day would be would be great. Trades over 100 a day would also keep the spread close.
Just take a breath and hope.

Sign of the FFWD SP dropping back a bit, they have started the bickering again.

30p is what we think after the news of late

11p has certainly bought a few sellers out, but they may regret it later this year. It was anticipated sellers would appear to take their small profit as the price went up and they will continue to come as the SP increases even more, perhaps they are remembering what happened last time we were in this price range. Things are now different.
Hang on in and you may get a lot more money than you dreamt of. This may be the once in a lifetime chance to become rich.

Again it got posted before we corrected spelling etc and completed it.
Do not get old and disabled as like us you will find typing difficult, keep young and fit.
Re rights issue we would struggle to be able to take up our allowance if they had one, thus reducing our value.
Again it is nice to see LTH happy at last and not bickering .

With respect but why would they give a dividend now, when they said not long ago they were going to raise money to spread the type of investments they held? Our understanding was that they may do a rights issue to raise cash, but we may have been wrong. If they did do a rights issue we would struglee A dividend would be nice though. Rather they invested in 3 or 4 more companies like LEAP and Emmac!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Back to reality, we are delighted about the with us not only covering our investment but getting around 25% profit. We will hand on in to the 60p range although 30p would be satisfactory. Hopefully most LTH will have reached their average
