I would not say I know in detail but did hold a small amount for a while ..they hold concession called Havieron and have Newcrest as a jv partner who are chucking money at their project in stages and would only continue if they thought it would be worth their while..I think the latest stage of the farm in is stage 3 whereby they will spend another $25 million on top of a big chunk already expended..stage 3 is to deliver a PFS ..I believe Newcrest also have a processing plant on an existing mine whereby material can be transported for processing..GGP have already had something like six sets of outstanding drill results ..so in terms of comparison with Zaranou they are much further down the road to proving up a significant discovery but IRR still own 100 % of their projects.. I do not know if anything has been stated as far as ounzes are concerned but a jorc will do that which they must be working towards

Maybe Bozi .. nice to see they are kicking off the next round of exploration as I thought originally it was programmed to start at the end of this month..should get the last results of 2nd phase shortly

I think the price would have firmed a bit if indeed they had been buys..more likely they are a related portfolio manoeuvering

distraction from the discussion on warrants I believe we are still awaiting assays from the RC drilling at Ehuasso where the visible gold was observed..here is hoping 0013 hole is lucky for us !

sorry should have said the announcement of how many warrants had been exercised in one go

Given we have just had another one I would be interested to know if the exercise of warrants could be done in one go at the end of each month..am sure this has happened in other companies especially if it is going to be a regular thing

Of course Bozi I agree but was only really just replying to a few comments on why the sp was retreating..having nearly gone up 200 per cent from the recent fund raise with the warrants in the money there would always be some holders wishing to cash in

It overshot the runway in as much as the warrant holders saw an immediate good profit on cashing in..I know the company is now well funded for current operations and also more so if the warrants are exercised because that would bring in another circa 3 million

Clearly an incentive had to be given to get the fundraise away and maybe the rapid rise from 7p to 20 overshot the runway in the short term but the fact there are now so many warrants waiting to be off loaded could weigh heavily on the sp..arguably it would be better to raise the additional funds by calling on the holders to cash in but that may be easier said than done..it just means lths have to wait a bit longer

We have some 34 million warrants plus the shares for geodrill and S I ..in addition the directors options and payment in shares to Capri Metals..a lot of paper out at the moment and as I said earlier given only just shy of 2.5 million warrants have been exercised leaving circa 31.6 million still to go it is hardly surprising that every time the co RNS a few more have been exercised we are met with some more selling and why would you not take the 4p per share profit..easy money ..can see us slip back to 12p ish until further news

Time to rethink how we go about announcing the exercise of these warrants..if it costs circa 150 quid a go maybe a block listing at the end of each month..failing that call on holders to do it in one go..not only will it be a drag on the sp it will cost us every time to announce

It is somewhat a slow process Mike that is for sure and yes those that bought at the low point have done well with the bonus of another 2 year option to buy their further shares at 12p unless an early call is made by the company..definitely feel as though the possibility of early exercise of those warrants will temper any sp rise for a while unless some other news comes into play but with gold price going higher ,lithium coming back into focus and the forgotten iron ore resource just maybe be ing of interest there is alot to look forward to albeit probably next year

Some of those grades may not look as sensational as last RNS but they are near surface and Solg were having to go down near 2km to get similar grades
