There is a part of me that thinks the sp is held back because our main shareholders have a vested interest in the actual minerals themselves but IRR have not issued shares like confetti as many others have done in fact quite conservative to be fair but also the fact that VM has invested a lot of his own when he could sit on the fence would suggest this is certainly not a lifestyle company as you were intimating..ps I recommended your post by mistake

I personally feel that we are nearing the crossroads looking for direction..obviously the Directors know where we are going at least I hope they do but it is getting to the point where we either carry on trying to prove up all our resources on a very limited budget and continue to raise small amounts as and when needed which will ultimately keep a lid on the price albeit with little jumps and blips along the way or something more fundamental occurs like selling on the lithium to invest in Zaranou and Dorothe which would give the market a much clearer picture and hopefully the excitement that would create proving up potential gold resources into a rising gold price with the funds in the bank to do it should see the sp much higher than where we are now..but if we go it alone feel that it will be much of the same as the last few years !

I have often wondered about that point and the intentions of the bigger holders but as we know DGR are happy to bring other shareholders on board in various entities where they have controlling stakes ..at some point there surely has to be a decision as to whether one of the main protagonists takes the resource for themselves like Sumitomo and the Lithium or they bring someone in who will throw some money at the gold jurisdictions ..unless they are just happy to drip feed money into a slow development of these assets with a view to a very long term investment

To be fair the bigger holders have supported the fund raises in the past , not all of them all the time but enough to keep IRR going when others have struggled..however at some point you would think they would like to see some kind of return on their investments especially as most of them invested in an Iron ore company

Agree with all you are saying and yes is very frustrating..the drip feeding of shares into any rise is unfortunately to be expected with Geo and others who supported the raise last time round but I also think there has been a little disappointment with the lack of any corporate deals after the many hints that VM tends to drop in interviews suggesting that many entities are looking over us..well they maybe but I have thought on a couple of occasions something was more imminent and then nothing unfolds..I do believe that is what we need at this stage as another 6 months of exploration activity and other works in multiple jurisdictions will require more capital and the sp may not want to stomach too much more without some real direction

Talking about management and bios of same on the Ironridge website on NM s history there was no mention of Solgold..a bit weird !

Hmmm markets never like it when a cfo leaves suddenly and the fact that he cleared his desk at solg and dgr does seem a little more sinister ..lets just hope he has gone to another and he has not emptied the collective coffers !!

I was only making the point that most of their invoices have been settled with shares as partial payment and therefore the rest made up in cash and where that is the case it is on a 50/50 basis..I also imagine that they probably have sold some but at the same time if they are confident of what they are seeing then there is a good chance they will retain a significant amount of shares if they can afford to..time will tell

Geo have been paid in cash and shares for most of their invoices from memory I believe and when it is cash and shares on 50/50 basis..they also get the shares with a 10 % discount on 15 day average
