Fair comment Bozi have to say not really paid too much attention to them as far as I can remember they have not featured ever since I have been invested

I accept what you say about the permitting Bozi but that aside the iron ore assets were valued at about 14 million in 2015

When the chat turns to selling something to raise some finance cannot help thinking the iron ore assets just do not feature in the Ironridge plans which is a little bit ironic (excuse the 2 puns there )..given the recent rally in the price there must be some value in the assets given we also only had them in the portfolio at IPO..any thoughts from the more knowledgeable

Am invested here and awaiting trial readouts like most but a touch of realism and understanding the markets Elsol because if you think the current price has got any sniff of failure factored in then you will be in for a nasty shock.. I do hope it does not come to that

I can definitely agree on that ..value will out and may be explosive because at some point the figures will start to be a reality and regardless of whether the sp is 20p 25 or 30 if the returns demonstrsted by the scoping study stack up we could easily be 4 fold higher I believe

Also forgot to add I agree the arrangement with Geo works well and I believe we have been paying invoices 50% cash 50% shares with them getting 10% discount on 5 day average prior to issue..( might be wrong on that bit without looking up ) ..but it should be noted that IRR is in top gear at the mo and keeps on expanding the drill programmes both on the gold and lithium as announced this am..all costs money

Bozi and SharketMare I agree generally with what you say but when you make the comparisons of how many shares are in issue you have to equate what the funds have been spent on..now if they had drilled 20 odd holes 100metres deep and found didly squat then i can appreciate that comparison but they have defined a top quality resource with those funds so obviously there is much value attached to the business even with the higher amount of shares in issue..Tenstar are a company associated with DGR and Solgold..following NM I would say and on the subject of him in the earlier days of Solgold and an analogy of what I was getting at above he always said it was a no brainer issuing shares if what you were digging up was more valuable

Not disagreeing but the sp did shoot up to 48p long before we produced the jorc for
Lithium and all the other milestones we have achieved ..sooner but probably later and more than likely when some transaction is announced we will start moving towards a fairer valuation..arguably all the time a company is in need of funds sp rerate is harder to come by

Just to reiterate how potentially undervalued we are those 2 extra years of mine life over and above demonstrated in the Scoping study that would give 40 US M per annum in NPV is nearly as much as we are valued now..that was just for the extra definition !!

Given that we hit circa 48p on the prospects of Lithium before we and the price of Li went into a tailspin and that we now have a proven resource which is economically extremely viable and growing in size and in high demand and also could be brought to market in a shortish timescale the indicators are that we are in the right place at the right time to take advantage and which should be for the benefit of all shareholders..in time I anticipate the sp breaking through our previous high

Lol reefles most of what you say is infantile..I am sure our new finance man would know what position a company was in after a share consolidation unlike yourself and your somewhat dubious financial background !!

ps Unless my maths is wrong early teens would be a six fold increase from here putting us a little shy of your valuation but nonetheless there are many exploration companies out there with not a hope of seeing a penny in revenue for many years to come that have much higher caps than Sou so it is not beyond the realms to see a good uplift in the sp if a few of Grahams ducks get into an orderly line !!

Quite possibly Geodrill ..I would expect them to sell at least some of their holding particularly as we are now drilling relatively aggressively.. and they should make a tidy profit as well
