Lol sorry Sharketmare I started writing my post and got interrupted and sort of repeated what you said although you put it better

I have been wondering for some time now that given we are concentrated on the gold and lithium and the iron ore is well and truly on the back burner and I hold my hands up in as much as I have no idea of value for the iron prospects but given the resurgence in prices would it not be a good idea to divest these assets now

To be fair that is not the first time they have stated that is their intention but good to see it reiterated and will be even better when we get to see the actual game plan to bring the Lithium on stream

were announced at the end of March last year and expect the same this time..what would be interesting to know is if there has been any progress in the talks that the Chairman alluded to in that report with respect to developing our Lithium project at Ewoyaa..he stated that talks were ongoing so if they are that is one very long chat and hopefully will be coming to fruition very soon

I think mms raised the price to tempt buyers as they had that 300000 sell to shift

Dean different investors have other objectives to making money and just because one person thinks it is obvious a share is going to go up does not actually mean that is what will happen..if you were a warrant holder with 100k shares then when the call was made to pay up some saw that as a very good return in a very short space of time..a circa 60% return and they could still let their original shares ride rather than possibly being overweight in the company..just a different angle to look at it from..never be afraid to take a profit ! even if you think there might be a bigger one round the corner

had a lithium update hopefully followed closely by a Zaranou progress report which should be around about anytime now/ tomorrow morning maybe..a little bit more of good news to soak up some of those warrant sellers

Or indeed the ghana national car company although must admit i have not researched if they propose making ev cars yet

My biggest holding in my portfolio by a long shot and have topped up after lithium project update and if they drop any lower will probably have a few more as the outlook is so good

Should have said that obviously the warrants were an incentive for investors on the fundraise at 12p but IRR put in the clause about calling them in if the price held over 16 p for 5 consecutive days if i remember correctly

When a company raises they obviously have to pay fees to procure investors through agents/boutique houses or the like but warrants are a good way as and particularly in this case where IRR could call them in and it did not cost us anything..if management had taken any slack the fee was 6 per cent but as all the funds were forthcoming they were not needed

Lol was that fundraise comment with regards to this conversation Bozi or the fact that I have called the last 3 raises within a month despite many on here saying that would not be the case

Don't want to get into a protracted discussion about it but on friday i commented that it would not make much sense for warrant holders to not take them up..management provided the cushion if some did not and this morning i responded to your original comment that none of them bunked the call..regardless of anything else the market may see or not there was an 8p profit per share to be had with no risk

Absolutely Mike it was a fairly certain no lose scenario but again reiterate that management prepared to up their skin in the game which is all positive

I think it was a no brainer as their existing shares could have been sold to cover the call although admittedly if all had done that the price would have been dragged right down

I did say i would be surprised if they were not taken up but all good the only difference being that management would probably not have sold them on whereas not so sure about warrant holders but most importantly the company has got a top up of funds

Hi Hodgefox always enjoy reading your posts and good to get your perspective on things..I know it is water under the bridge now but I was quite disappointed when Stu Crowe sold all his holding even though he obviously called the timing right and also the fact that he sold to another holder ..would have liked to have seen him get back in and NM also unloaded some which did not help things at the time but hey ho hopefully we are in a uptrend now and the market is just idling waiting for the next news
