Yes that was my thoughts ..Friday i think is last day for payment of warrants so an update at least regarding them ..i would not have thought many of the holders would have let that profit slip through their hands but underwritten by Vm NH and Assore anyway so the funds are safe

It depends on how much you want to prove up to go into an initial mre..the company clearly feel there are going to be multiple upgrades as drilling continues..I think they wanted to expediate the latest drilling phase to get that under their belts and put it out into the markets as from what VM has been saying that some of the bigger players have been sniffing around for a while..lets face it IRR could not believe that they got Zaranou in the first place so they would certainly want to protect what they have got and getting official data out there is the way to go

Possibly might be fractions of when warrants are excersised..I recently took part in a fund raise and there was a fraction to come back for just a few quid

To be honest swest the spread has always been quite wide certainly all the time I have been in them and that is nearly since flotation..one thing it does do is it makes trading IRR very difficult and therefore little churn in the shares..obviously this changes slightly when we get some bigger news and a lot more investors are attracted to the stock and the price range narrows..one thing I would say about the last weeks trading is that although the spread was wide the selling price which if you are a lth is what really matters did not deviate much from 22p to 22.4 at its lowest but of course if you wanted to buy say 100k shares you could potentially be staring a 2k loss straightaway ..enough to deter most..different matter after news and a rising market as we know how quickly this can move and it probably will move very swiftly if/when a deal is announced on one of our assets that is likely to bring in capital but in the meantime and without news not for traders

It is normally more expensive to raise from lths like us through rights issues ..many companies have been raising online with primarybid and the like but in any event it has been possible to often buy in the market at the price they have raised the monies at if not cheaper although I accept the funds are not going to the company and you do have to pay brokers fee

MikeClarke re quick buck merchants.. a little bit unfair to be honest..many companies particularly on Aim would not be able to survive without the wealthy investors prepared to stump up a few million in short timescale and undoubtedly they will want to realize some profit just like everyone else on this board..at sometime or other we all want to make money just because their time frame is not the same as yours does not make it wrong surely ?

Fortunately for us we appear to be in the right place at the right time with both Lithium and gold moreso the lithium at its stage in the cycle but more importantly we have the ability to raise the funds as well..it is getting interesting
