I really do feel as if we have now got to the point where a clear direction is needed..it is all good and well having multiple exploration options that are all possible game changing company makers but at some point the shareholders and backers want to see a return and be rewarded and you could keep on financing and proving up these assets forever and a day..time to consolidate let a bigger player take an asset to the next level and fill the kitty up so the market can rerate the sp and reward shareholders with an exit point if so desired

To be fair VM did say that many of the gold majors were showing interest some time ago with reference to Chad I think so you would like to think something might be going on

Well cannot answer many of your questions and it would be helpful to have a little bit of in depth guidance from the company..a conference call or online q and a would be welcome by some I would say but one thing is for sure and that is we raised circa 5 million in Nov 18 and then another 2 million in November just gone..we will definitely need some more before November this year..I would imagine Zaranou will munch through quite a chunk before getting anywhere near to a MRE..but I am hopeful that a bigger picture will soon unveil itself..here is hoping anyway

Well just to back up your comment about continuous rallying behind NM you are right about some of that..if you have been following the solg story NM stated that there would be multiple exit points along the way which has so far absolutely been the case..the company even provided a diagram of when to expect a sp rise and fall lol so you had the heads up..now we are moving into the next phase but you take your chances..nothing is guaranteed

Lol it is probably because he has no clue what to do next ssmith ..probably never been in this position before never sold an exploration asset or indeed found and financed one through to a sale ..come on get real..he was instrumental in making solgolds presence in Ecuador when not many others were and now everyone wants a piece of the action..he has managed to take solgold from being a very small exploration company to major player in probably the last country rich in resources that wants to be discovered..he has an excellent team of geologists , managers and in particular huge employer of the local community..he has brought major mining companies onto the register but he is still in control and is probably orchestrating the next chapter ..I am happy to carry on backing NM and to trust his judgment..do not really think you can say he is doing a crappy job

Yes Vincent and Neil Herbert took part in the raise at 20p and whilst the sp is sub the 14p stated price re the drilling contract is there not a little bit of play in how the shares for work done is calculated which gives the contractor 10 % headroom..may have understood that wrong nonetheless the contractor was comfortable with the deal and after paying wages and running costs which he also gets paid part cash for may be in a position to hold some of those shares for the longer term if desired

For me mike it is fairly straightforward why no sp movement and have seen it many times before in exploration companies..it sometimes does not seem to matter how good the deposits are or indeed the news generally but when you have a company such as IRR who are extremely busy in the field and expending money doing such and only raising what would be considered to be small amounts for what they are tackling then investors are likely to tread carefully knowing that further raises in whatever forms they may take are only just round the corner..however having said that I personally feel that we may not be too far away from some kind of deal that may put that issue to bed and then it will all be about the grades

Haha swest it is well documented that i bang the F drum on here and yes it will be lurking which is why I am now hoping for a corporate deal of some kind to get over this short term need for funds and clear the way for the company to start realizing some value by way of higher market cap

Mike I was not even sure that Kaampakrom was even going to be included as the drilling there was just dipping a toe in the water so to speak..it was a first pass drill that came up with excellent result and can be greatly enlarged in time I should imagine ..but it was only a small area which does bode well for the future

I am not really surprised that IRR were not marked higher on news of MRE as it was well flagged up intention to announce and was in line with expectations ..I think it is the news from here that will determine our value and what maybe is the plan to do with it..go it alone on further drilling and expanding or have they done enough to encourage a bigger deeper pocketed player to take over the reins so that Zaranou can have more focus

Have to say was not expecting the newsflow to kick off with the MRE but good things are beginning to emerge..am looking for a bit of corporate news now to really establish our direction

Still got over 4000 m of RC and AC drill assays to come from Zaranou coupled with reporting on further soil sampling and drone surveys should mean a reasonable newsflow in addition to the much awaited MRE

Perhaps you should pop over to the 88E board where they have been issuing shares like confetti for years and now have something like 7 billion in circulation ..perhaps they are more of a candidate for consolidation..by contrast to many we still have a bit of headroom for a few more rounds of fund raises lol
