I think the timescale slipped very quickly bearing in mind Neil thought Q1 of this year but I think that was very optimistic bearing in mind there were a few things that only got settled in Q3 ..but this is when they hopefully earn their salaries but it is what it is !

Absolutely swest .. I remember the exact same rhetoric at the time we were waiting for the mining lease and the pressure that the sp came under then..this is slightly more binary if it gets delayed until after the election as they will probably lay off a lot more staff and the ordering of long lead items goes out the window and a shadow is cast..hopefully the politicians see sense but i will not be holding my breath..just look at the sh** show our new government has brought..you just could not make it up sometimes !!

Hopefully in the next 6 ish weeks there are a number of events that will start to propel ALL towards production..ratification , offtake confirmed and MIIF investment...given the above I wonder if Piedmont are going to be in a position to start contributing their share of the mine build costs as I am sure Keith Phillips was talking a longer time frame than potentially shovel in the ground by Christmas !! Any thoughts ?

Just about the last piece of regulatory approval jigsaw bit to fall into place ..just need ratification to hopefully bring back a wave of confidence and things will look a bit brighter !

I would be inclined to think that is a rollover and not a purchase although still a good sign someone is still wanting to hold !

Actually you sort of contradict yourself BSR as you initially said the Rns contained no sensitive share price information..after it went down you claimed credit for it !!

Yep if we get to 26 and are producing a saleable product it will be very interesting indeed to see what the whole market looks like !

Conversely Jack I believe the figures used in ALL studies the spod price is considerably higher than where it is now and could possibly be used in our favour to demonstrate that actually the company will not be making as much as predicted and that objectors realise that it is a fair deal that is on the table

Lol Ramon , you probably asked more questions in your defense of what was not asked or said .. of course many would want to know the position..we have just seen a continuing fall in the spod price with operations being curtailed if not stopped at various mines and you are assuming the deal has already been completed..that maybe so but but you must be careful not to dangle the carrot in the first place and then not tell as AIM is very fickle and share prices get hit hard when there are delays

A bit disappointed he did not ask about offtake and in equal measure when asked what there was coming up NH did not mention it !

Continues to be bashed , we are nearly half way through September and not a peep re news ..we need a rabbit out of the hat rather sooner than later..one thing i would say is well done to ALL for raising when you did and taking that precaution !

Given that it was projected by the company there was plenty of newsflow to come in the first quarter of 24 which then rolled over to H 2 it would appear there has been a spoke in the wheels to some extent..I really hope we can get through this tricky period and the wheels stay firmly on !

The last thing NH said about the offtake about a month ago was that the lawyers were just checking all the details re the offtake ..well if the deal had been progressed any more than that it would have been signed and rns'ed ..so it is bulls*** one way or another either from you or whoever you spoke to !!

Supply and demand dictating the spod market as you would expect..if All can get over its near term obstacles it could all play out quite well by the time we get to production..having said that there is plenty to deal with in the short term !!
