App - I am not that concerned about the privacy aspects as I do not use a mobile phone and practise fairly extreme internet hygiene practises. The info I am most concerned about are details about my finances, spending and health details, and they are well walled off. Do not forget that GCHQ spy on Americans and in turn they spy on UK Citizens - that way the governments can keep a straight face and claim that they do not intentionally spy on their own citizens.

I expect that those who could buy at 6p bought to sell them and, in doing so, further reduce their average. If so, being able to buy at 6p when you can only sell at 6p would have little appeal. I have only used such an opportunity to get myself out of trouble, not to end up owning more shares.
