I hope so - I have a chunk of MAFL shares and their next NAV update should be good. And, if they get some substantial news on one of their investments, the discount the shares are trading at to NAV will shorten. I am hoping for another pay day from them within the next 6 months.

What price would ALBA get if they tried to sell 34.72% of GROC? Certainly not the current SP. Ocelot knows better...

Not everywhere; I have heard the phrase "infrastructure led investment" a few times recently, and it has stuck in my mind. If you have a defined deposit [even just a maiden JORC with potential for further exploration funded by free cash flow from production] in an area with established infrastructure [road, rail, water, power and experienced miners] and excess refining and smelting capacity you can get into production much faster.

It is 'thanks' to global warming that tea grows so well in Yorkshire these days.
