They might have claimed those figures, but I think that they will be far higher, especially HE1 thanks to the location. In 2012 ITER signed a contract to build a Liquid Helium Plant for their Fusion Reactor - EUR 83 million for 12000l an hour... which equals 8 tanker loads a day. Take into account over runs and inflation, and you will be looking at a minimum of $200m for that plant today. And is 12000l an hour even big enough? And what about the cost of the infrastructure to get the Helium to customers?

I am sceptical...

And those costs are for Hydrogen; Helium has an even lower critical temperature so the costs will be higher.

Nobody seems to mention the costs of a liquefaction plant... You cannot move bulk quantities of Helium as a gas. From a US DoE paper from 2019:

'The total cost of hydrogen liquefaction plant facilities in current markets is estimated to range from $50 million to $800 million for capacities ranging from 6,000 kg/day to 200,000 kg/day, respectively.'

Yes; and this time it is going to be an escalation on the missile attack in April. Those weapons were launched from far away, which gave Israel and its allies plenty of time to react and shoot them down in the air. This time there will be projectiles fired from Lebanon and Syria as well, which will give far less reaction time.

And, the previous barrage will have provided intel on where the Israeli defences were situated and potentially have shown weak spots; expect any vulnerabilities to be tested even if the attack is somewhat restrained as they will want to deliver a message to the Israeli public that an all out war will have serious consequences for Israel no matter how hard they retaliate.
