Just a quick question , if one of the us funds has lended their shares to shorters would'nt they need to get back those shares to benefit from the demerger ?
Those that give us a possible deadline for the shorters to close their positions ?

We have warrants that need to be exercised in Incanthera before the end of October so we should hear more in the near future about this, imo

Nothing has changed for Synairgen ....it's just market waves / mood swings for the moment . It's easy for us to be patient as our averages are well below the Sp but No news is good News imo
Waiting on the partnership news to sell some and may even buy more if we slip to 160 :-)

With Lind gone , we are only left with Landstead with an average of less than 11 p

so anyone that is able to get sub 11p would seem to be getting a decent deal..

Not much downside unless we get Bad news in the next RNS

We have no feedback from Avion's discussions with the FDA , but Tim should have some inclinasion on the talks that went on ...

As a ´major private investor ´ in IMM , were you approched to participate in the latest fundraising ??

What we forget is that the initial contract was for a conversion price of nearly 18p but the US funds did'nt convert any shares at that price .....SO no money was going into IMM's coffers ....
Was Tim expecting newsflow to push the SP over 20p so that the US funds could convert and sell at a profit ?

Anyway Tim decided to take 6 million at 11p and fill his coffers now and not wait around ..... WHY ?

That is the question we have to get answers to , imo

This is very unusual and therefore it's a warning flag but without knowing more can we really say that this is good or bad for us ?
Only time will tell

IMM did not inform us that the placing price for LIND and L1 could be reduced in the future , on the contrary we were given a RNS stating that they had agreed to a placing price about 20 % above the SP at the time of the announcement ....

2) We were never informed that the Landstead benchmark price could be modified in the future

3) we were informed by RNS that the new placing would have no effect on the Landstead deal - False

Many of us would not have invested in IMM shares at the time we did if we knew what we know now to be false or misrepresented...imo

This is IMM on Aim but there is a limit that has been passed imo which is why I believe that legal advice may now be necessary ....

In the placing RNS , we were informed that the new placing would have no effect on the Lanstead deals with IMM and yet this turned out to be false as the benchmark price was moved upwards a few days later....

As private investors , I believe that we have grounds to be deeply unsatisfied with the way we have been treated and the direct effect that this has had on our investment ...

So the recent placing of shares to new and returning II and PI modified the conversion price for Lind and L1 whichby ricochet modified the benchmark price with Landstead ....
