We should have a different viewpoint this time round , as it's really Avion who are paying and driving this P3...

They will have chosen a different approach to this P3 and therefore we can be a bit more confident , imo

That said, i still believe that if the FDA continue to use only BICLA or Sri, as primary endpoints , our chances of passing will be reduced ...
I hope that all the lobbying of the KOLs will finally pay off and that LLDAS will be approved by the FDA as a primary endpoint.

Will just have to wait and see

Home trial ( ongoing ) is not what I call an update, sorry ....

What we need ( as quickly as possible ) is a statement saying that the last patient has been recruited to give us a lift :-)
Imv , time is of the essence , I Was'nt expecting this long a wait on recruitment

The Map route whilst good for research purposes gives me the impression that partnership news is not coming as quickly as anticipated so SNG may need to find more cash to go forward on their own ??
Many questions but only RIchard has the answers and we just have to have confidence in him and hope for the best ...

You did'nt agree with me at the time when I said that the trial criteria was flawed ...we had quite a few run arguments about that if my memory is correct ...
Anyway here we are awaiting the FDA verdict on our new protocol and Avion must have used the pressure building on the FDA to change their endpoints on Lupus trials . The KOLs and Lupus organisations are awaiting the changes to finally bring some hope to Lupus sufferers ... Will the FDA let IMM be the first out the door or not ? The delay in the SPA response is more down to this than COvid delays, imv ( they are trying to find a consensus, within the FDA is my bet )
Only time will tell ....

Did we get a RNS telling us why the Sp rose to 220 ?

The Sp is retracing now and as long as we stay above 120, there is not much to worry about ....imo

We need partnership news ....not Map to get the Sp we are hoping for
