You must remember one two things

1) The P3 trial will take at least 2 years to complete

2 ) LInd and L1 will be converting and selling during this period so whatever news comes in the period will be sold , imo

20-340 % dilution ..,., more like 50-80 % before we get P3 results ....

The major problem we have this time around is that all the iI's have averaged of 10-11p so that any rise we may get will be sold .....imo

I believe that the FDA are under extreme pressure to change their endpoints in Lupus trials as many Lupus Experts are calling out for LLDAS as a new primary endpoint . As said many days ago , IMM may be first out of the stalls with a revolutionary Lupus protocol ...
The FDA taking it's time could mean that they are deadlocked or they are seeking a consensus ...The jury are out ...

Ad usual with IMM , the II will be well served as TIm looks after them well :-)

I believe we will be getting much awaited news on Ureka and the rest of the pipeline now that the II are on board ...

No matter if we get GOOD news tommorow or Monday , TIm is well aware of market perceptions so he should stick to the timescales and basically deliver the goods instead of just doing the talk .
The market needs confidence and even more so when it comes to IMM, imo

The market does'nt like uncertainties and especially after these share placements as TIm should be well aware of ....
I cannot understand his logic but then again I never could :-)
Even if there is bad news to come it's always better to come out with it as soon as possible , imv
Dragging out the deadlines is always badly received by the market ...

The Us funds are confident :-)

Even if the outcome from the SPA is not as expected by IMM, it's not catastrophic as many on here are predicting...All it means is that we go back to the drawing board and the P3 will be delayed further... Not a great deal to worry about ..

Your guess is as good as mine...but this is IMM on Aim so always expect the unexpected ...

the market hates uncertainty and with IMM , no news is not reassuring

If one is only looking at the short term sp well it can be frustrating but if one looks at the sp for the last 6 months well that's a different perspective :-)

This is not a company like SYnairgen or TILS ( my favorite LONG term shareholding )

Unless we get management changes here , I won't be changing strategy here , only swing trading for me .....
