We have to ask ourselves Why ?

Why did he sign up the US funds and then do another placing at 11 p afterwards which in principle sabotaged the placing with the US funds and even sabotaged the Lansdowne deal ....

Can you tell us how many shares will be created if Lind and L1 convert all they are allowed please ?

The difference is that traders don't have an average of 11p :-)

If you look at the last RNS for conversion of LIND's shares you will see that their shares were admitted to the market yesterday ....
Now is that a coincidence that the SP is going down since yesterday ?

L1 and Lind are in a WIN WIN position ...

They can convert at 11p all they want as long as they can sell them back to the market with a profit ( that's their business model ) they are basically money lenders ...

If the SP goes below 11p they won't convert , full stop ... they have no risk ....

If the Sp goes to 15+ they will convert more and make even more money ....

You are looking at things as a investor but you forget one thing ....

L1 and Lind are ´bankers ´ and not investors :-)

They give money to IMM and in return they get shares in IMM at 11p so ...

In giving money to IMM on Monday they can sell on Friday with a a 15% return by selling to the market ...
They can then give the same money back to IMM next Monday and start again :-)
I will let you calculate the interest return they are making by doing this over a year :-)

How many have L1 converted ?

Compare the figures with the amount of shares in circulation and ask yourself if any of the two have passed any threshold ?

Then you will see why we should'nt expect any TR-1 from them , at this time and imo we won't be seeing any TR-1 from them ever
