I don't believe for one minute that the SPa application will be on the same basi a the last one ...
Avion will have selected a new way forward on the basis of the results from the last P3 trial ...The protocol should be significantly different this time round , imv

Fast track status is given to all Lupus trials if companies apply ....
The lack of pertinent treatments for Lupus patients is why the FDA give the Fast track ..
Fast track means that the FDA will give a priority review to the P3 results when finished ...

SPA is a different story ...and is fairly unusual in Lupus trials as far as i have seen ....

We should be soon getting an update on recruitment numbers , imo

Can you explain why there has'nt been any Tr-1 due to the placing ?
Was it all PI's or what ?
Can you confirm when you were first approached about the placing ?
The chronology is always important so as to understand things better ...
