Have you read the licensing contract between IMM and Avion ?
Why do you think that Avion can just walk away ?
A contract is a contract and is legally binding for both parties so without seeing the contract one cannot state anything of the sort !
Since my objective of 22p was announced we have been largely diluted , my new objective is sub 20 p to taking into consideration the dilution . If you do your calculations you will come to the same conclusion ( obj at 3 months ). Not 3 years like your x 4 :-))

Most people are very critical of WHO here today but I am not one of them ...
They have tried the optimum route by using / trialing the molecules which are already on the market and therefore can be mass manufactured and used straight away for MILLIONS of people ... Very logical to start with these molecules first , IMO
Now that these molecules can be ruled out , they will now be obliged to use more experimental molecules ....
We are now in the race , IMO

Are you joking ? Avion being a private or public company does’nt make a difference regarding their obligations to IMM .... They are obliged to keep IMM informed on all developments concerning Lupuzor ...

By raising sufficient funds they will Also be able to dictate better conditions on any future partnership..

IMM even with a spa , due to dilution , my target is now under 20p

Tils , which has a far superior pipeline will be worth billions in years to come, so a good long term investment ,imo
