Zimmer is now aged 73 ...
Do you really think that he is worried about further dilution ? Money never seemed to be his goal as he could have taken many millions out of the company in the run up to the last P3 .....but letting Chairman TIm in the driving seat is harmful to his holdings and his credibility imv !

Whilst being a realist , I believe that TIM has capped the SP but has also by the same occasion rocked the SP at 10-11p ...It's in nobody's interest that the Sp goes below 11p

Where we go from here will be dépendant on many news factors but in the short term we are financed for 2-3 years at 11p

Has Chairman TIm our interests in mind ?
Has he earned his fat salary ?

Many questions to be answered by Zimmer and CIE ....

I understand that the consequence of this new placing at 11p has given the US funds the right to convert at the same price as this new placing ....11p ...

I agree with you on that but what worries me the most is the consequences of this new placing on the recent US funds placing .....

One must remember one thing with investing in IMM ...

Always have your average as close as possible to the II ´s average ....

Now , I do expect another TR-1 from Lanstead in the next few days as they are no longer the ´chief banker ´ for IMM ...
They are on a win win , lose lose contract with IMM so they basically can't lose out even if the SP goes even lower than 10p ...

What is going to be interesting to watch is L1 ...I have seen them doing some very interesting Short term things in the past and I hope that the same might happen here ... time will tell :-)

Anyway , all we can say at the moment is that the SP could have a lower capped level not that TIm has raised the cash for his salary and Incanthera for the foreseeable future .....( always expect the unexpected )

But just in case

11p + 10%. = 12.1p
11 + 20 % = 13.2p
11 + 30% = 14.3 p
11 + 40 % = 15.4 p
11 + 50 % = 16.5 p

11 + 60 % = 17.60 p
11 + 70 % = 18.70p
11 + 80 % = 19.80 p .........
11 + 90 % = 20.90p
11 + 100 % = 22 p

So ....

My major concern is that we have no sticky fingers investors only institutions that make money by lending it to IMM ...
They have got their hands on the shares at 10p and 11p so they can sell with great profits under 20p ....
The P3 trial will take a few years to do so in the short term we need news outside of lupuzor Lupus trials to get real investors to see short and medium term potential to boost the SP ....
Waiting to see what ´good wine ´ we get from Bordeaux ....
The road is going to be long ....

Playing the odds,

It's not difficult to get oversubscribed placing when you give a great discounted price !!
As well as giving this Bargain price to these new guys , it also means giving the same discounted price to the US funds who were supposed to be paying a premium of 20 % over the sp not so long ago ...

Major dilution at mini prices for the PI's shows us how much respect Tim has for us ´small' investors ....

TIm always talks about shareholder value but once again he must be talking about II and not PI
INo matter what good news comes shortly , I believe that a change of management is necessary to install some kind of market confidence in this company .

What we know is that Tim invested in Incanthera not so long ago SO he must be expecting major News there in the not so distant future ,imo
What is good for Incanthera is good for IMM

We submit for the meeting on the basis of our protocol , it gets discussed and points clarified ...

Everyone nit picks and then most of the time everyone agrees on a compromise :-)
