If something causes you concern then ask questions. As a shareholder you have the right to ask the company any question you like and they must respond with an honest in good faith answer... that is the Law!

If they do not answer your question there are several routes you can go down. Familiarise yourselves with Companies Act 2006. You have more power then you think!

Independent sets a price for 5% - Sandeep says no. Yet Shaun offered more than the independent valuation to Sandeep to keep the 5%. If Sandeep didn't hold with the independent valuation, why did he not just say thanks Shaun deal?

No malice intended Trippy, but as a shareholder you should familiarise yourself with the Companies Act 2006 and then take a look at GGP's Articles of Association. You might just discover GGP's intention to exit the London Stock Exchange (AIM).
