2023 Exploration Program

A total of 10 diamond core holes were completed for 2,517.8m at the four high priority prospect targets areas of A35, A34, Pearl and Swan during the 2023 program (Table 1, Figure 2). Work in 2023 focused on completing the reverse circulation (RC) pre-collars with diamond core (DD) tails, targeting ground EM conductors (Figure 2), as reported in Greatland's previous RNS of 8 March 2023 titled "Scallywag Exploration Results". Downhole EM was attempted on each hole and successfully completed on five holes: A35RD003, PDD003, PDD005, PDD006 and PRD002. Results showed conductive responses at the weathering and stratigraphic boundaries, but no significant off-hole conductors.

A ground magneto-telluric survey was completed over the eastern part of the licence (Figure 3), to define any conductors under the deeper (>200m) cover of the major regional synclinal fold structure and area of previous drilling at Kraken, London and Blackbeard targets (see RNS of 20 January 2021 titled 'Initial Scallywag Drill Results and New Targets Identified').

Having monitored the London Stock Exchange recording (I say that in full to avoid confusion with this LSE) I think it noteworthy to mention that there has been a significant amount of reloading, of various scales, over the last 3 weeks - on the buy side.

Considering the repeated volumes on a daily basis, I am of the opinion that Actus are closing.

The FCA and the LSE released 3 publications just under 2 weeks ago: Policy Statement 24/6, Primary Market Bulletin 50 and Market Notice N06/24.

In short, no effect whatsoever on GGP's current position. Pretty much just a simplification of regulatory requirements in order to make LSE more attractive.

Are there more publications to come that I'm not aware of? I don't believe there is. Happy to be educated!

I must admit I'm confused by that statement Bamps21, since, to the best of my knowledge GGP isn't eligible to do such a thing - not on LSE nor ASX. Again, happy to be educated!

As it stands, as Mr Day stated, we are well positioned considering the amount of work put into the project - allowing us to efficiently resume and complete the ASX listing process.

I'm still of the opinion that our new money man will reduce shares, list and then raise.

Who knows, maybe Twiggy will act as guarantor to keep Newmont happy? Surely that's not beyond the realms...?

I would think it safe to assume the FS has been completed, yet not signed off by the committee. Mr Horton will, no doubt, be going through it with a fine-tooth comb. After all, the substance contained therein forms the surety for any potential financers.

Presuming the "committee contract" relating to the DtM has been adjusted by relevant parties to suit the current circumstance since Newmont want rid.

Havieron wasn't valued separately from Telfer by Grant Samuel. Regardless, GGP can forge ahead with their option to buy the 70% of Havieron. If it gets messy then of course it will go down the same route as the "5%" saga.

Additionally, because Newcrest did not complete its own planned update to the Havieron mineral resource estimate in August 2023, the Grant Samuel assessment is based on Newcrest’s August 2022 MRE update, which only incorporated drilling results up to November 2021. Very favourable to GGP in my view!

It's worth noting that India, amongst others has jumped on China's short - any lender is going to be basing their decision on a gold price of $1850 - maybe less. Take a look at recently offered futures on gold.

The US are sweating! Higher gold price equals cheaper debt repayment... Trillions!

Dean should reduce the number of shares - 1 for 5 or more, dual list, welcome all the Aussie institutions for the raise!

All achievable in 8 - 12 weeks.

Looking at Bloomberg it seems there is no short drive for Monday. Consensus amongst shorters is that imminent raise will drop the SP without the need to drive.
