He doesn't however point out that Newcrest (Newmont) retains a right of first refusal. Maybe Newmont whips it up and passes it to Antipa - along with others? None of this is straight forward and nothing suggests the current GGP team will be successful and vice-versa to be fair.

Too right it was important - why on earth wasn't the stage 1 referral made back in 2021?

I suppose it's also reasonably possible that GGP's legal team are trying to unwind the "lumping together" of Telfer and Havieron (if indeed that is the case).

Nothing to suggest this is the case and I'm pretty sure both parties would rather not be seen heading to the courts.

I will continue to read your posts Hopefullygold because I don't believe in all this green bin nonsense, however, I feel moving forward I may be somewhat reluctant to respond - who knows?
