Newmont isn't the issue, Greatland's search for finance is more likely the issue. The ASX was shelved some time ago because of the feedback from Aussie Institutions. Not at this time.

As it stands Greatlands' selling point is "potential" so no change there.

To the best of my knowledge, MM's don't put a value on a company, their role is to simply offer a price to buy and a price to sell, they are just facilitators of transactions. I could be wrong.

that would be difficult to answer unless one has eyes on the actual agreement, i'm guessing there are exit terms - mutual agreement being the obvious one, which no doubt would have caveats regarding future costs and type of costs for a set period of time? reading between the lines, it's my opinion the fs is complete; just not "officially" signed off.

Mr Ace, a while ago you sort of made amends for your earlier recent behaviour on this forum, and I believe most observers felt a twinge of forgiveness. We all get carried away sometimes and anyone on here who disputes that can quite easily be proved wrong. In no way do I wish to come across as condescending. I've taken a look at posts you made when you first joined this forum, they were good and they were relevant, there wasn't a hint of bitterness or animosity. The way you are presenting yourself today is a very poor reflection of what you once were. I shall bide my time and I shall be understanding. Been there myself and got carried away with my emotions when making comments, simply because I was losing hand over fist with this investment. One thing is for sure, we are all in the same boat - make money, and lots of it!

It's my guess you felt it easier to give a list of those that had been "tagged" rather than drill down to identify those who were actually "important", depending on one's interpretation of course. In my view, and it's just my view, there is only one person/group on your list that could be considered "important" and that is Mr Day.

Ben, very basically, and of course off the cuff - set up an off-shore holding with appointed trustees, open up a registered office in the UK and you can do whatever the hell you like when transferring money.
