Bdev definitely got the momentum now, 6.5% up for week, tw 1.3%, psn -1.3%.
According to my system bdev Per 8.2, psn 7.4, tw 7.2, rdw 6.2 & bwy 6.1. Pre-Brexit levels about 12, so if we return to that, all should be about 50% more than they are (bwy and rdw almost 100%).

My mistake psn 240 not 250!

Fwiw got records going back to 04/01/13 (RelPrice 100) then:
rdw 321, bdev 254, bwy 254, psn 250 and tw 216.

Last significant revaluation due to BofA ML at start of year, then if RelPrice 04/01/19 = 100, RelPrice on 05/07/19:
bdev 121, tw 114, rdw 109, bwy 105 and psn 96.
psn and tw not long after XDivDt, psn suffering from bad media, rdw and bwy lagging cos hold less cash (for anticipated Brexit building slump).
All massively undervalued but psn the most. Hopefully they will recover after Brexit.
Biggest builder now bdev £6,072m, psn 5,896, tw 5,268, bwy 3,391 and rdw 1,983 by MrktCap.

Don't think big interest rate rise likely so only thing left to spoil the party is another financial crisis. Hopefully bank reforms mean that can't happen (but who knows?)
Banks laying off people cos of automation - don't see this leading to a crisis.
The media has gone quiet on lease holds, cos action (almost) in progress and HtB won't effect supply / demand and so sales. The market certainly believes all these factors (& Brexit) will have a major effect on builders, which is why the Per is half what it is used to be.

Per for rdw lower than psn simply cos psn has more cash Imho. A serious slump in house building is already built into the Sp by the market (cos of Brexit), and the Coy with the most cash will survive the slump best (as proven by psn during banking crisis). Not that I think a slump on the way.
In a prev post you said that psn has grown by acquisition, but I don't think it is excessive see:

Agree with your idea though - growth by acquisition dilutes the company.
Don't know if you should look at PBV for value as opposed to Per, If a growth Coy I think is Per more important.

Re psn - new Ceo, new culture, so obviously a risk there, but with a Per < 8 can hardly be called expensive. Pre Brexit their Per was almost double that.
Looks great value to me even if profits and / or margin decrease a bit.

At least Exeter quoted an article (even if about a year out of date) in his prev post.
Now he has reverted to unsubstantiated claims. Think it is another guess, cos it implies insurers would not cover all the existing houses without insulation.
Nothing will happen regards HtB until new PM elected and even Corbyn would not single out 1 builder to ban. More probable is he would end HtB, but as I have said this will probably have no effect on Buildes cos does not affect supply / demand.
Noticed cost of fix decreased from £100,000 to $10,000. Escobar was probably on well over $10,000 an hour! (but not psn employees).
Motley fool article sent by Johnson (I think) has just been deleted. Rubbish anyway. Even if Building still cyclical and end of cycle, psn better positioned to ride out slump than any other builder (due to cash held, as proven by the banking crisis), and the author seemed to think Govt still in control of interest rates.
Must go now cos got a meeting with police and FCA - how did you know about that?
