Assuming reply concerning exstatex (him and Exeter should get together) the basic flaw in exstatex argument is Gordon Brown bailed out the Banks, Not Masons, Royalists, Majestic 12, Builders, Landlords or even The Knights Templar.
Never liked GB but if he hadn't done it so well, we could still be in a 1930's Depression, which one could argue led to the rise of Hitler and WW2, (Obliteration and end of Planet now!)
We could have Hyper Inflation (like Germany then) - got stamps from my Fathers collection starting at a few pfennigs, but rising to millions of Marks, for a stamp!
Something between 50% and 75% of tradesmen lost their jobs due to the banking crisis, a lot of which have returned to building now, but few left, so builders Eps growth decreasing. Need more EU Labour.
Capitalism might be old hat now - the Chinese have shown the way, so to some extent I agree with exstatex - like why give the Bail out money to Banks, as opposed to the people (most of whom would spend it anyway, stimulating demand without debt). But how can you give money away if no return.
"My fellow Americans, ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country." JFK
Doesn't matter much cos Majestic 12 control US and they know best!
