Latest Post on nano board from BtB:

I think $200m-$1bn is very conservative, but I won't keep harping on about this!
This is a very good time to be a Nanoco holder, we could see a big uptick in the share price once this gets around.
My sell order for my large holding of over 300k is set for £1, but wait 2 years and the share price could be double that.
We shall see! :)"
Either an out of Court settlement will be made before 1st Sep or the case goes to Court. Out of Court as I said I expect £500m to £1Bn damages + Contract. My numbers before were based simply on increased value of nano due to increased cash, ignoring value of the contract.
If it goes to Court I expect damages to be many times that. Ceo of nano is claiming $14Bn damages (based on 14m Samsung Tv's sold with profit of $1000 each, but more like 26M Tv's sold now, so I don't think Samsung can let this go to Court.
Settle for £1Bn cos far cheaper than the carefully picked US Court (East Texas) who will Hammer Samsung. Not even a long Court case cos East Texas insists the accused submit their defense before the case is heard, so judged on their submission - if they don't they are in contempt and automatically found guilty of willful infringement (3 * damages) + Costs.
Samsung don't make Cadmium free Nano Dots, one of their suppliers does, but that is no different from receiving stolen goods, particularly when Samsung provided the Tech to the manufacturer!
Think when all this is sorted, I can probably retire again (unemployable anyway - think it was BtB who first said that).
Have a look at Nano Board.
