Still not listed on LSE site as an upcoming issue - see link at bottom of this post - but the furthest out upcoming on it is 'mid Dec' .. so small chance it could appear later this week with a later in Dec issue date, I guess .. but as other posters here mention, doing this around Christmas or NY time feels a sub optimal time.. although it is a small raise only on a scheme of things and so small chance it happens in Dec still, perhaps.. but if not listed below by this Friday I'd go with it happening in early 2022 instead of Dec 21..

again... my guess is, at least partially, a deliberate delay.. and I'd further guess a number of small news bombs more than big one(s) to come .... eg marrying small groups of assay results in not strict chronological order into one RNS, towards, tactical, presentational smoothing feedback out ....

ps: I was going to throw in the one liner.. 'a bird doesn't change its feathers'.. but birds do moult annually.. or bi annually even .. and so maybe there's a chance of CB changing his ways at some stage after all.. but at knocking on 4 score 20 I doubt it :-)

Speaking of useless management teams; while I believe the Landore management team are useless in many way, the two ways I see them as useful are, fortunately, by far the the two most most important ways imho:

Proving up sizable resource
Strong company outright sale negotiating skills (previous sell out achievement shows this)

That's why I still have much hope here, although I think it may easily take plenty longer to get to end game here than many posting here are thinking.

Approx two weeks to chrimbo.. If we don't get a latest drilling update by then I'll be very unhappy.. If we don't get an updated MRE by then I'll be pretty - but not very - disappointed....

Only open to the forward selling if the monthly repayments are in shares and not cash.. very hopefully he repays in cash !

AC is now going for it hard on multiple fronts in as short an order as he can.. who knows how the altogether will work out.. could be good, hopefully.. I have no clue.. but instinctively trust him somewhat but not a lot to deliver strongly altogether.. and good luck is indeed crucial here ..

And if that Nigeria option is taken up, this moves from a very high risk bet to an extremely high risk bet for mo .. but there is potentially much greater reward too, in fairness.... text book casino stock..

While I see myself as a pretty hard core risk taker, this is too hard core for me to have a punchy bet on now.. and towards putting my money where my mouth is: I averaged down hard to have 15k gbp in play here in Jan this year.. and, including materialising some losses here, I have less than half that in play in Dec this same year... Still in play here and hoping.. but defo. not a serious bet for me now..

If the latest assay results back were the very side of good, we'd have them already is my guess... but they could be decent/solid/ good even and CB now knows that might easily have little effect on s/p .. and with the volumes of them to come CB thinks that stage managing the reveal(s) into an order and/or togetherness and /or apartness that he believes is presentationally best is the way to go....

(ps: No need for people to start quoting me back AM rules btw.. as we've been through that plenty more than once before here.. and CB does what CB does.. and his answer to whatever questioning might be that there are that many that it's overkill to be releasing them one by one immediately they're received back/in house processed etc..)

Generally, I don't expect the assay results will be bad, I think a lot of solid, a few good, a few very good, hopefully and a few average and a few poor/bad.. and we're in the optimisation of presentation zone around now.. and for a fair while to come, perhaps... imho..

Generally, everyone has their own opinion here .. and there are lots of permutations, for sure.. and anyone can be right on their view at any given time in this game..

(In defence of my view I offer that the market is currently valuing bushranger at somewhere between 1.5p and 3p - Africa assets the balance - imho.. and that's a long, long, long way from the 15p or 20p or 30p.. or more again.. talked about sale value here of Bushranger in midish 2022 for eg.. I know the market can be slow to get it sometimes.. and 'it's AIM' .. but still ? :-))

If CB can spend something - very broadly- along the lines of 5m gbp to prove up - in his mind - another - very broadly - along the lines of 50m gbp Bushranger assets sell on value, then I would foresee him doing that again and again and again.... especially if he's got African assets earnings to invest in any such ongoing Bushranger - Racecourse and potentially beyond - resource prove out..

Given the potential resource that now seems to be discoverable in Bushranger, my guess is a minimum of two more drilling campaigns after this one ahead of any asset sale here... and 2023 as considerably more likely than 2022 as Bushranger Assets sell on year ....

(And I see good but not amazing s/p growth here in 2022 and and very good s/p growth from there in early/mid 2023 here .. with a few punchy spikes/retraces thrown in along the road for some range trading fun too.... )

I'd like to think that too Agadem.. and broadly was thinking that .. and they may well be.. it was just that article (dated today) ...etc.. but I'm all for somebody 'setting me straight'

IF our Exxon deal is still awaiting Presidential approval, then there can be no guarantee that comes within next 2 weeks ..etc.. so further listing suspension extension(s) granted and/ or relisting with this deal still pending final Presidential approval comes to my mind as potential occurrences either .. or relisting having canned this deal etc.. ...as well as the obvious option of save.l relisting on or around the 17th Dec with this deal 'fully completed' ?

(One line of thinking of mine off the back of the above is AIM regulators, after the 6 months are up, going with a process along the lines of 2 week temporary extension/s to the six month rule, each extension at their discretion to give depending on the latest state of play - every - 2 weeks later ..)

from memory, PL said by way of explanation, that he needed it to retain key high quality staff as there was lots of other opportunities opening up in the market place around then for them to potentially move on to and that all previously handed out similar incentives were worthless as the share price had fallen hard over a long period of time... I mostly get that.. eg O&G price rally was in early stages around then etc ..and although the implementation performance of this company has been average to poor as a rule, Pl may argue it would be poorer again without key staff.. I'm not in a position to question that any which ways..

Anyone who has been in this share for a number of years will understand the Humphrorian Calendar to be very different to the Gregorian calendar ... eg Upgraded MRE this month might happen or might not happen

ps: whatever activity/ies completion that is/are still outstanding and has/have stopped overall completion within the 6 months can't be 100% guaranteed to complete in the next two weeks either.. even procedural/base admin.. etc.. can drag on, especially in co vid times ...so there could be another extension(s) allowable , I guess...and very small chance such may still be required, i guess ....

I don't even feel like having the wildest stab at predicting how this s/p plays out after readmission .. with overall company debt refinancing probably included as well and I guess a not insignificant equity raise too it's a big, big picture change here .. so i don't have a clue..

That chap from telegram might have a breakdown if Steve asked back for probabilities across various potential 'news bomb' occurrences in the one RNS (multi hole assays results and/or multi hole drill completions news and/or resource model included or not too.. etc.. )
..so best not ask him back for that, I propose..

I have little to no worries about them raising the finance.. it's the pricing of any equity raise(s) that is/are part of that financing that I'm cautious on..

There's a bunch more info. needs come out, especially around funding to go live, that I'd look to interpret before I'd even come close to agreeing with that statement Paul FG.. but you're as entitled to your opinion as much as I am, obviously.

I did a small dump of shares this morning - 15 to 20% of my holding only - and the rest I'll look to sit on for the medium term, at least.. also I'll look to post less again here, at least until next RNS drops.

could be more dilution? ! If this guy can get a placing away he'll do it at the drop of a hat.. and the bigger the placing the better as far as he's concerned.. I'm very much hoping that for an accumulation of reasons this option is not taken up.. and there's got to be a decent chance it won't be imho..
