Coming together nicely here in the Bush... And coming together results in the happiest of endings ....speaking of, i'll admit to getting pretty turned on by this share recently ...

(but such excitement sits mostly outside my betting style, alas...enhanced overall probabilities come from spreading bet pot over a number of names imho eg Xtract, Landore and Amur are samesy type bets for me.. and in holding all three in decent size, I'm expecting at least one of them to come very good over time, maybe two, or small chance of even three .. as long as one does that will more than compensate for whatever happens to other two anyway)

PS re messages I see posted here earlier today: onedaymaybe is doing exactly what he did here over on fog.l.. calling a rally - many - tomorrow(s) and it almost always falls off the back of that .... (he has a skill that is not to be underestimated by short term traders imho .... assume the exact opposite of his short term call ..etc .. longterm, if he stays 'invested' - as he may well still be here..I dont know - then his short term calls are not really a thing anyway..)

This 3 well ouil drill is certainly not the main event I've been waiting for all year.. the half year financials off the back of strong poo &g were what I was waiting most for.. and I was plenty underwhelmed by those.. Atome is the thing i'm now most looking forward to for rest of year.. and second most is Paraguay Farm out...

last day of the trading month too may be a factor in the selling .. but generally, I GUESS, it's burnt out PI/PI's with punchy enough holding(s) dumping to be able to start the jouney of forgetting those 3 little letters ppc :-) - into the recent small rally - is my guess Comeonvog ... there would be plenty more of those in the 2's and 3's too alas imho .. if this manages to attract punchy buying off the back of Atome for eg to allow it rally decently from here, even including 'some' selling into any rally

Clearly there's a size seller(s) here today.. whatever the motives, there's a size seller.. and, one way or other, there has been size seller(s) here for years now, both II and PI.... fortunately there are some buyers around too recemtly/today and probably in Nov too, at least.

You're relatively new here comeonvog and may well find it hard to fully process the levels of hatred of this share - and by extension PL - that has grown out here over many many years.. both II and PI ( btw see Rogue River post below... and I assure you this is thereabouts the share I least like in my p/f of 30 ish AIm'ers .... and I actually sold another 15% of my remaining holding here on the recent rally to 1.90-2.00 too .. in spite being bullish on Atome.. because I just cant help seriously disliking this share after the years of misery here)

Towards -kinda, as thats the best I can muster- finishing on a positive, hopefully Atome can help towards ongoing meaningful buying here in Nov/Dec etc.. even if the selling continues, per usual, punchily as a rule... and maybe Paraguay farm out can help a little too.. when it eventually completes.. ( Aside: The upcoming Oil drills here may far from inspire many is my guess .. as, given the history of issues that ppc experiences in go lives and /or newly live wells, there could easily be issues around these: the operational record of ppc is at least poor as a rule, alas)

..and I'm thinking that one of the registered over 3% holders is still selling down here and - in agreement with AM 90.. and others - it's very likely Cannacord imho.. but that remains guesswork and only time will tell what exactly happened altogether in term of the large selling down/out here.

(I'm also guessing when JW Huddleston notifed under 3% that he had not zero left then .. and that he has unwound the small per cent left since that notification .. and he's completely out as of todays Oct. trading month end... and that rump won't be TR 1 notified as he's not obliged to notify any more after he notified of going under 3%)

So, soon enough, the 2 biggest shareholders here , may well have completely left the building.. again, I'm guessing... and exiting somewhat in parellel too .. which would be 'unfortunate' to say the least.

Generally, there surely can't be much 'block selling' left to happen in Nov. now ?.. especially as the volume has been good enough for Huddleston to dump approx. 10% of this co's shares in short order and - given ongoing very good/good volume all through the back end of Oct too - the - likely ?- other unwind to be easily doable at 1m or more shares a day too )

PS : Speaking of bad looks .. If you look on the co's website under Investors -AIM rule 26 - Shares In Issue; now thats what I call out of date !!.. ( last up dated just over a year ago it says) It's still listing the pre consolidated number of shares in issue and we can all agree that the shareholders register is now extremely incorrect .. so time to change that please Landore !?

This digging 'oles game is the domain of very optimistic Company Executives as a rule imho.. (Small cap Oilers the greatest optimists of them all, i'd offer from long experience .. and at least many of you here aren't playing that game too ! )

And - the one and only - Mr Colin Bird has indeed a long history of prodigious optimism, especially on timelines offered .. eg imminent i've leaned can easily stretch to weeks .. but he's pretty consistent at least.. and that helps somewhat in itself..

Whatever, I'm very confident that the next RNS is .. well ... imminent !

indeed theyknowitall .. glanced thgrough that yesterdays - awful - RNS in my inbox and so look in here now.. and I understand more again that those large numbers of sticky shares are very important to the s/p here.. can you imagine where this s/p would be now without the 'musketeers' hoovering up previously and keeping whatever now... and me getting back in here at sub 2p still seems a long way off now I accept.. fair enough and good luck to all of the long and strongs here..

Good news for many here is that I intend posting less again here now.. as this is now a lowish priority bet for me, versus many others...
But I still have plenty of hope for this share over time.. and, generally speaking, I don't think it's dire here currently ....or else i would have dumped more again last week, in truth.. I think it's very tricky granted - and far trickier than I expected by now - but key commodity prices are great and looking like staying so for a good while, at least.. and that could easily be the saviour here, hopefully.. that said I did bring my bet here down a bit further again at the end of last week, with a view to adding that back in due course at a lower s/p level.... as even the thought of a potential next raise soonish to come here might see the s/p go into 5p's in coming weeks.. hopefully it doesn't for the long suffering here - as I still have over half my peak bet in play here now, and me too - .. and even if there is a raise in coming months, it's the high averagers who this will, sadly, effect a lot instead of the sub 10p's for eg imho... Altogether, I can see this business getting stronger in output steadily month on month as we go... and maybe this s/p getting back over 15p decently into next year, hopefully....

CE found some change down the back of his sofa for the 5k top up pretty recently, perhaps.. but that was the sofa in a cottage he uses on his Estate in summer, perhaps.. back in the main house for Winter now and he looked behind all 30 sofas and found 134k - and 8 p- change and though rude not to Charles, Old Bean .. perhaps? :-)

I used 'banter' to look to calm the tone only and I feel we should park this takeyourbets as it's distracting and boring versus the quality posters content here .. mcuh appreciated too Florida btw.

(I hold lots of these type stocks at any one time and my strategy is based on the laws of averages.. and overall it has worked well for me over the years.. me rating a CEO is only one aspect of views I take - btw AC's are extreme strengths and weaknesses, I feel - and given in early 2020 I'd written my - then - remaining bet here off in my head, I'm not unhappy where we're at now ... but I'm only somewhat happy as given news around beginning of 2021 I expected more defining deals to be complete by now.. hopefully much more to come here... and, altogether, maybe best we both filter each other)

Our 'banter' aside - and i stand by what i said about your posting here - takeyourbets, I tip my hat to you for first buying in here at .4p .. timing is huge in this game.. and your timing here is at least excellent and perhaps brilliant, on the other hand, especially including my 2017/18 bets here, my timing here has generally been a cluster+uck, I accept..
Also if you'd been through what most 'long termers' have here you wouldn't be nearly as unquestioning of AC/Zen I'd suspect.. but hope again now springs eternal for even the semi high average price holders here, maybe/hopefully....

Generally, you've ramped this day in day out for seemingly ever - and generally in an extraordinarily unsophisticated way /or content copied from the top posters here way - and while they say a broken clock is right twice a day.. and given I hope you're right here eventually .. alas, you'll have been that wrong that often previously that you won't make the twice a day level of said broken clock :-)

PS; I have north of 10k gbp currently in this.... decently under water of course. and not one of my more serious bets though... although if you posted a lot less here and the likes of marketgunslinger more I might be open to adding plenty more here in due course

The 'huge' volumes transacted here - especially- recently have got to give strong hope that whatever name holder(s) that want down/out must be close to finished selling now..

Thanks for the feedback takeyourbets.. while I think there are a fair few high quality posters here I do not believe you fit in their ranks.. therefore I feel it's best I sell when I feel like it as opposed to taking your advice below :-)

From memory rugs, March 2017 was only a few months after it came to market ?.. In case you think I should stop moaning for only being here 'waiting' 9 months.. let me explain more : I too was in this for a few years from 2017 ish.. dumped plenty by increment as this s/p collapsed year after year but still had a fair few grand holding position - miles down - that nine months ago I more than doubled down on.. I panicked a bit and took some out March time but still have a punchy enough bet on here now thats b/e at just under 2p ( that doesnt account for the fair few k I'm down on the my previous panic dumps ) So I've served my time here too !!

Generally, AC is a real trier and has good marketing orientation.. so getting deals done in Africa might be right up his street.. hopefully.. he still far from inspires me in terms or operational oversight... but he can hopefully get the right peope on board for that.. but I still see this as a kinda dog.share... hopefuly that changes towards puppy from here forward .. there is now a chance it will, clearly..
DYOR and for a share more for the hard core 'punters' imho

Doing the smaller stuff - seemingly - well here for a change is refreshing..if they can build on that incrementally in Tunisia and get one or two bigger deals completed in coming few months too then this s/p could indeed go much - much- larger.. lots of if's in there though and I've been here for 9 months waiting for one of those 'close' big deals to get over the line .. so not only am I still cautious here but I'm understanding that large amounts of patience is ongoingly required too..

thats a good general point Troajan.. I can only guess that 'generally' - as i expect this can't be applied to every bear here - the bears are so used to being endlessly right here that they're getting smug/lazy with it.. beacuse, in almost every situation in whatever stock, there is always some form of bull and bear case from that point forward..
