NO PLANT. I just posted that Black Cat Syndicate $1bn+ cap on the ASX bought a plant for Millions per the Annual Report just released 30.9.25 on the ASX. So for RGL-ORCP, no plant , just trucking per the Ann just released isnt it?

The DEAL book with MEGA will have a VALUATION Report just like Newcrest gave a loan to GGP of $50m underpinned by its 30% stake which had to be REDUCED to 25%. So, 5%=$50m , therefore 100% deal value =$1bn.

My Comment: The Greatland Gold Havieron ore body is 650m x 1,000m and just a bit over. This is because it is NOT just open pit which is to 500m usually. But the NORTHERN ZONE of RGL & ORCP [PROJECT OWNERS] is 600m x 500m but as a porphyry, it is GEOLOGICALLY DEEPER ie potential.

My Comment: So, yes, Black Cat , Mkt Cap just over $1bn confirms they are concentrating in the RGL-ORCP Kalgoorie world class gold centre and they are doing 3rd party processing etc in East Kalgoorie, Western Australia.

1/---------DEPTH 581m----------[Red Setter Hole 2 per Ref WSBN RNS: 25 Sep 2025]. Today is 30 Sep 2025 which means 5 days have passed since the last RNS. Take 20m a day at minimum =5x20=100m + 581m = 681m.

2/ Last Interim Results: 30 Sep 2024 so Interims should be due.

3/ There could be info in the above Interims. I saw many co's issue results yesterday and many do not read their results carefully given there is sometimes new info or a short update.

4/ Many co's these days DO NOT give out specific timetables for obvious reasons with traders , hence why now odd times for many co's to issue RNS etc. But lets see if WSBN follows the new reporting trends.
