Comment: After buying the HAVIERON LICENCE from Sam Garrett, they did not start on it straight away. I remember Gervaise Heddle, CEO was on Share_Talk with a lady interviewer and he was talking of BLACK HILLS and them little nuggets. Then, they need clearance and 1st fund raise although modest before they could start DRILLING PHASE 1 , 5 HOLES. The assay took ages and they started on Phase 2 ie Hole 6-9 and before that, they had to do another FUND raise [2 in total for the 2 phase drilling of total 9 holes].

There you are, GGP is SILENT on HOLE 6-9 as they werent spectacular like Hole 5 so only Hole 5 is for history. But were folks RIGHT about their perception of POOR RESULTS said then? Well, what does history say ? GGP only could retain 30% but still went on to a MKT CAP at its height of £1.3 BILLION. Today, Havieron has been classed TIER 1. But what about them poor assay results? As I said 1 hole doesnt make a summer and it is the entirety that is of import and at GGP , they hired a former MR COPPER from RIO as he was referred to and he was an ECONOMIC GEOLOGIST [the type that does the numbers].

YES, all that MATTERS materially is the ASSAYS of Hole 1 and Hole 2.

GGP would NOT issue any RNS except after the Phase 1 5 holes were done IE of V I S U A LS .

Now, on this forum, HISTORY is repeating. How? Folks are now expecting some ABSURD HIGH GRADES like Havieron when Poulden said Red Setter is like Telfer, HIGH TONNAGE but low grade. Confusion is already starting.

Yes, GGP drilled 9 holes but dont forget Havieron's ore body is now stated to be in the region of 650M in strike length. But a/c to WSBN the Red Setter Dome is 3KM but DL today said 3.5KM but whether it turns out be the ore body one doesnt know.

So, for practical reason, the decision to drill 200m away from Hole 1 was a good one so that it shows over such a LARGER strike of 3 or 3.5KM, it still hit mineralisation at around 520m. WHAT IS IT DIDNT HIT MINERALISATION at Hole 2? Ah, that means that the 3D MODELLING, MMT , Geophysics and the rest of it was wrong. So, for Havieron, it was 9 holes to prove CONTINUITY of at least 350m which the experts wanted, so the SPACING WAS CLOSER at around 40m away each roughly.

Hence, why over a larger strike length it is and appears IMPRESSIVE that at 1 jump to 200m away, there is mineralisation. SO, NOTHING WRONG to let us know Hole 2 and at the same time report on Hole 1 and where the assays are at currently isnt it?

Its a waste of money to do close spacing as this is NOT INFILLING. Yes, WSBN has to technically do another HOLE 3 and at 150m away at least so that all 3 holes are at least 350m to show CONTINUITY as is required.

Sorry, not editing as off for some munchies ie tea and sarnies [sandwiches].

Answer: ORCP has NO say in Northern Zone because this co is NOT the operator of the Northern Zone, Kalgoorie, Western Australia with a potential 80% stake. Say is, as in major decision making given like for eg, Greatland had |NO say once Havieron was JV'ed - Newcrest issues all the updates via their own Annual Report or periodic reports.

Whatever the "CONTRACT" is, it depends on when the next RNS comes out , first on the ASX via RGL. I have just looked at the RGL ANN and it gives no idea for the suspension but ORCP RNS states today it is for a "MATERIAL CONTRACT" ETC for the Northern Zone and that the RGL halt will be no later than commencement of trading of trading on 30 Sep 2025. So, ties in with DL, Chairman of RGL on the ASX having to fly to Australia tomorrow ie 27 Sep 2025 [Sat] and get everything done on Mon 29 Sep 2025 to make it for 30 Sep 2025 [time diff in Oz to be taken into a/c].

The Northern Zone, Kalgoorie is not just for the SURFACE mineralisation but it has potential for DEEPER depths. From what I saw of BlackCat they are starting their underground operations but I have not looked into at in detail. That is the geology around there.

So, be it BlackCat Syndicate or at that sort of LEVEL __OR__Northern Star sort of LEVEL, one has to wait.

As for the players, there is nothing left to do. IF, invested in ORCP, a proxy to RGL's Northern Zone, Kalgoorie it just could be a JV as RGL also JV'ed out their Canadian project. A wild card would be a sale but one is not privy as to the possible "CONTRACT" that is "MATERIAL" a/c to the ORCP RNS today. So, nothing to consider as there will be no stockmarket on Sat, Sun and by MONDAY, UK TIME, PAST MID-NIGHT and a bit later, the Australian ASX opens which will be Tues isnt it Aussie time?

All I am aware is, there has been a lull from RGL and one knows why now per ORCP 's RNS today. What happens to the 200 holes that was going to be drilled - why bother if someone else wants to take it on isnt it? Its all speculation until the RNS but this is just a discussion since I was asked specifically.

If you have ever invested in Solgold from the beginning ie BEFORE drilling took place at Cascabel, Ecuador and listened to EVERY interview that Nicholas Mather ever did all over the place ie Mining Conferences in Australia, London, Canada and interviews from Australian TV, you will know that he has said there is NO NEED for MRE before a JV. This is something known but folks will state on every forum, it needs DFS, PFS, MRE and the rest of it. NEWCREST bought stakes [significant] and the RNS just popped up one morning - same story of not good enough grades, too this, too that, PFS, DFS needed etc. But Newcrest came in at Hole 6 + and BHP came in at Hole 14 ----------BEFORE MRE even given Dr Rohlach , the Chief Geo said minimum 21-23 holes for a MRE.

Let me quote a recent enough case of Greatland Gold which is legendary on this site. They bought the licence at Havieron from Sam Garrett and they drilled Phase 1 of 5 holes of which HOLE 5 was the star result. Then, they drilled Hole 6-9. Then folks stared on their forum it needs MRE, PFS, DFS and the rest of it including GRADES NOT GOOD etc. ALL WENT SILENT . One morning , out came an RNS to say that NEWCREST of Australia had done a JV for $65m to take up to 70% leaving Greatland with 30% but the mkt cap was legendary at some £1.3bn.===ALL ON JUST 9 HOLES.==

ALL NEED A VALUATION report for all these Mergers & Acquisitions even though ordinary folks think sometimes this is a pawnshop but to the contrary, corporate deals do go into the Deal Book accompanies by a valuation report usually done by a Tier 1 investment bank. All 101. DYOR.

So, IF, the "contract" is with NORTHERN STAR [Northern Star bought Kalgoorie from Barrick Gold]. NORTHERN STAR is on the ASX with a mkt cap of A$32.52 Billion @A$22.74, then it will show that yes, DL can ring the big cheese at Northern Star or they rang him whichever the case may be?

The Northern Zone at RGL [Chairman DL] on the ASX is 25-25km East and South East of the LEGENDARY KALGOORIE SUPER PIT @Northern Star.

Since the stock market is closed on Fri, 26.9.25 , I will relate what I just posted on another forum relating to DL, Wishbone Gold's Consultant.

DL flew out to Perth a few weeks ago recently together with Poulden, Chairman of WSBN and there they met up with Ed Mead, Director -Geo. They were there to see to cores cut, special analysis done and to be assayed and they also go on to RED SETTER, some 10-15 km from Perth. There is NO need for Poulden to fly from Dubai to Perth and there is NO need to go to RED SETTER EITHER as its a long journey but Bogota on this forum said there is a daily flight to TELFER and then to Red Setter. A CHAIRMAN is only needed FOR FORMAL PURPOSES as he hold executive power as both Chairman & CEO of WSBN ie Poulden. Make of that what you will as that is CORPORATE FACT.

Now, back to DL being Chairman of RGL on the ASX. He went to Perth as above but in his tweet he used @RGL [Ed Mead is Geo to ORCP the JV partner] and today, out pops a suspension on the ASX @RGL pending an announcement. ORCP said it was on account of a "CONTRACT." So, DL is flying to Australia again tomorrow and obviously, due to that contract , DL has to SIGN the legal documents as Chairman. Mind you, at the Northern Zone where RGL is the operator had HISTORIC HOLES and a few more drills done under RGL/ORCP but the 200 holes PENDING were NOT STARTED NOR THE MRE either.

Now, isnt that grand ? Oh, Northern Zone is close to the LEGENDARY SUPER PIT at Kalgoorie and it has DEEPER potential as that is the geology. SO, A "CONTRACT" after a FEW HOLES AND BEFORE MRE OR ANOTHER 200 HOLES TO BE DRILLED - not bad eh?

So, waiting to see what the earlier trip as above with Poulden is about eventually.

By the way, not surprised that HOLE 2 has to SHOW INTO THE MINERALISATION at 520m [shallower than Hole 1] at Red Setter before RNS. Why? For continuity as a principle experts want to see isnt it? Oh, but folks ....

Riversgold on the ASX is suspended pending release of news. So, DL is flying out tomorrow to Australia and obviously given he used @RGL in his tweet, he will have to SIGN whatever legal documents in relation to NORTHERN ZONE, KALGOORIE [ORCP is the JV partner].

Interesting that this is even before the MRE and 200 holes to be drilled. ORCP stated today, there is a "CONTRACT" so just with the historical holes and the few drilled, wham , a CONTRACT!!?

By the way, it is factual that the Northern Zone 's resource also lies DEEPER as this is the geology of Kalgoorie where the legendary Super Pit lies.

Folks in Australia was asking for resignation LoL - and out comes this RNS from both ORCP and RGL on the ASX.

We have folks flying in from GGP - and unless all the WSBN RNS in Aug/Sep 2025 are LEGALLY WRONG-INCORRECT, it is taken as correct given it passes through the Nomad and Competent Person, a Geo isnt it? DYOR.

Both CHATGPT via Fill to Spill and I using Google AI ran thru all the above WSBN RNS to check the GEOLOGY and both said the same thing.

Fill to Spill and I ran the geological RNS's of the surface drilling at Red Setter via ChatGPT and Google AI and both stated basically the same geology.

So, WSBN's Red Setter had already drilled 12 holes and mineralisation "UP TO 6.4 G/T GOLD and COPPER OVER 2.27%" from ShareTalk dated 13.12.22.

May I respectfully RE-ITERATE that according to Expert Geophysics, the firm hired to do the MMT, 3D Modelling said WSBN's Red Setter is an

"ANALOGUE TO TELFER" - hence Richard Poulden, Chairman & CEO of WSBN on 6.4.23 in an interview with Proactive Investors stated that

Red Setter is more like TELFER, large tonnage but low grade & NOT LIKE HAVIERON [GGP] high grade. He also said TELFER is the LARGEST gold mine in W.A.

Mr Poulden also said in that interview that if Red Setter is ONLY 1/2 of Telfer etc. Have a listen because if folks are looking for HAVIERON, GRADES , the geophysics etc does not appear to show it.

On Sep 22, 2025, Red Rock Resources [see RNS] paid Power Metals the last tranche to buy back the rest of the KILMORE, Victoria, Australia licence [inc other licences a bit further away as well].

Meanwhile, SOUTHERN CROSS GOLD 's licence at SUNDAY CREEK is just 13 mins away and their market cap is now C$1.83bn @C$7.05.

For context, Kilmore was the 1st mining town and when surface gold ran out, they shifted to Sunday Creek, 13 mins away. Southern Cross Gold drilled further down ie DEPTH as the Victorian miners in them days had no equipment to go deeper. 1waving on 23.9.25 said on ADVFN RRR, that the TREND from Sunday Creek goes into KILMORE [part of that is correct per the maps] for 15km and on the Kilmore licence, DONNYBROOK location has an average of 142 g/t gold.

RRR via their consultant DL showed the map and RRR is cognisant of the Donnybrook grade.

RRR has not done a MMT yet to do geophysics to 1,000m depth yet over the Kilmore licence as far as I am aware.

Fri, 26.9.25 RRR share price hovers around 0.03-0.04p for spread but not live price.

DL tweeted that he will fly to Australia tomorrow and the tweet had @RGL and this is the 2nd time he is flying out to Australia.

Co-incidentially, DL's tweet was dated 24.9.25 and Riversgold suspended pending news on 26.9.25 [Fri]. Since ORCP is the JV partner to the Northern Zone, Kalgoorie in Australia, ORCP stated today it has to do with a "contract."

All quiet and suddenly, out comes this news.

Toward the close ie last secs, HL offered more to sell than buy at 1.71p and then 1.72p but to buy 1.69p.

Spread showed sell 1.6p but that was NOT a live price.

But as everyone knows, the Chairman is needed to sign, discuss anything of importance, hence, it is now obvious David Lenigas flew out to Perth the 1st time to deal with NZ [RGL on the ASX] and today, a RNS has popped up. For context, David Lenigas is Chairman of RGL on the ASX so he is in the executive seat to make decisions in Perth by himself and needed.

In the same way, Richard Poulden , Chairman & CEO of WSBN is needed and David Lenigas cannot sign anything as he is not a director of WSBN. So, Richard Poulden flying out from Dubai to Perth is strange to say the least. Poulden, Ed Mead and DL met in Perth and they also went out to RED SETTER, some 10-11 hrs by road from Perth. But Bogota said there are flights to Telfer daily @Paterson.

Now, as DL flies out tomorrow, Poulden and Ed Mead is NOT needed but the DL tweet flying out is sent to WSBN on Twitter.

Anyway, let's see what spring out if it does or doesnt.
