RE: David Lenigas, Chairman of Riversgold on ASX will fly to Australia tomorrow.26 Sep 2025 22:46
Thank you to both posters. Recommend.
Some good info: Ed Mead is a Geo at ORCP but a Director at Riversgold [Exploration Director] and they share the Northern Zone JV, Kalgoorie, W.Australia.
I do NOT know why DL, Chairman of RGL on ASX is interested in ORCP because that is not known. Why? Oracle Power has this power project and that is outside DL's sphere of contacts of Belt & Road. Of course, if it could be successfully concluded, then yes. But if it drags on, then Oracle Power has to move on with good projects in Australia , a Tier 1 jurisdiction for mining project. So, to have Ed Mead on board etc, yes, that is how Oracle Power can get into Australian projects.
I know that DL is fond of Tier 1 MEGA discoveries and to-date, SONORA Lithium comes to mind. Then, potentially, there is the Paterson project but that is still in its early stages. So, for a Solg at ORCP , this co is no Nicholas Mather who has thus far raised US$500m and he used to go from one mining conference from London, Australia to Canada to do the rounds with lots of interviews in between. No one has matched Mather's type of style yet. I mention Solg as one poster has talked of his hope of Solgold here.
The thing going for DL is that he is followed since his Sonora foray and therefore, doesnt need to go from round after round of interviews at mining conferences which are expensive like Beaver Creek Mining Conference or Noosa etc. But if one does not do very deep insight into the projects itself, it is like trying to hope for a GRAND NATIONAL HORSE WINNER ie EVERYONE is a BIG GRAND WINNER but that is almost impossible, statistically speaking.
Oracle Power has a copper and silver project at BLUE ROCK VALLEY in the Ashburton Basin in the N.W of Western Australia. I dont know much about it since to know more, one will have to look at the Australian Mining Govt depository to find out if anyone has done any work on the licence etc. I am not too bothered at the moment.
So, come to the hydrogen [green] and coal project , ah that will be a wild card if that eventuates.
But at this market cap, one knows that NEW co's coming to IPO on AIM must have a minimum mkt cap of £6m from recall isnt it? But who is to say, what is in store for the Northern Zone - only DL knows but I know that there is more to the licence in terms of depth. Perhaps that is the reason for the "material contract" otherwise what else is at Northern Zone, Kalgoorie, W.Australia? DYOR. Fri, 26.9.25 Just replying to the comment with thanks. Not sure what is going to happen as DL cant say anything until the RGL has issued a ANN as is norm isnt it?
