RE: So, let's assume that this single core is like a 'HAD005'26 Sep 2025 00:16
Stu Woo - he is from GGP from his public archive at this site.
So, I think he thinks a lot of Greatland Gold from the way he speaks and that is FINE.
However, let me say that without WYLOO , this is going to be big for any co to undertake single handedly . Why? This is not FORTESCUE of Twiggy fame with mkt cap of A$58.93 Billion on the ASX.
As I said Rio stated they want to mine Winu and have already sold 30% of Winu at $430.4 Million.
At the time of the GREATLAND GOLD JV, it was reported RIO was interested but in the end, Newcrest got the JV deal with GGP. Newcrest gave GGP 30% of Havieron . It was also said other co's were interested as Greatland & Rio are NOT the only players in Paterson, Western Australia.
TELFER was once owned by BHP and Newcrest. On 10 Sep 2024, NEWMONT who took over NEWCREST sold Telfer to GREATLAND Gold and I believe that Wyloo being a shareholder of Greatland also helped in my view. Newmont sold Telfer for stated reasons and usually as a mine is gettting on, they usually sell it as is norm isnt it? Newmont sold Telfer & 70% of Havieron to GGP for $475m.
So, with due respect, StuWoo, you see everything thru Greatland this and that, but this is POULDEN's RODEO who was an investment banker. So, lets leave Poulden to take the decisions here. Thanks.
