P.S. Every time a raise is done, big noise but can a co raise without discount given lenders are NOT charities who lend early stage drilling especially. So, how do these AIM co's which the London Stock Exchange say are growth co's fund the drills which are ALL SPECULATIVE until proven otherwise? How? On what as drillers, City dont work on free air isnt it?

Ah VOTING. Yes, it can be done under Company Law. So, how many votes can you garner in your own name with due respect? Under UK Companies Act 2006, shareholders holding "at least 5%" of the total voting rights can request the directors to call a general meeting. IF NOT A GENERAL MEETING, then an ordinary AGM, again, 5% even one has 5% ----------95% of the others count more than the 5% isnt it?

I recall your name from somewhere and I think it is at HE1 and did all the grumble and raise at 40% or so discount remove Laura who had the confident of the broker ie Tier 1? For those who do not know DL - he hires the best in the industry and specialist experts that no one can even dent via auditing methodology. Eg at UKOG, he hired Schlumberger who did the analysis and therefore the report will be signed. The other co hired was NUTECH, a US specialist in petrophysical analysis and RESERVOIR INTELLIGENCE. Another UK FRACKING EXPERT also came to UK to look at the site etc. DL gets it all covered via so many ways, it would be impossible to dispute such big names. Auditing states different firms ie world class to lend to or support the thesis. SCHLUMBERGER is un-challengable by the man in the street who is not an expert in oil/shale etc nor Nutech. An investor in DL's co hired a RESERVOIR UK SPECIALIST. Regulators are less likely to listen to people who are not conversant with oil in general or in particular. That is why I looked at ALL THE REPORTS by the Geo's firms to evaluate for myself isnt it?

At HL, I checked LIVE prices ie quote and found the spread was very tight and not as norm so I did guess it would be as you now state. Recommend.

Oh, by the way, to be AHEAD OF THE CURVE , one has to SPOT the AIM co BEFORE the City does. Hence, the only way is via deep research and before an RNS comes out. For example? Solgold BEFORE the drilling results come out & that can only be done via technical reports publicly available. Then, when the RNS hits as expected only, it can draw institutional money.

REMOVING DIRECTORS? Ah, how? WSBN have got them very well covered with all the specialist geo and Expert Geophysics work including the Consultant and they are SIGNED and therefore any ahem is supported by the co's advisors and Nomad who will have seen the reports [signed] isnt it?

With a few shares how does one remove a director? Even under Company Law, there is no leeway isnt it?

There are a lot of City people on this forum but often they dont chose to come out and it is good you explain practice. Oh, if one is very well heeled and have a household name and bank with Tier 1 Investment Bank or specialist mining house of Tier 1 status, ah, they have access to reports the normies cant see as they are not their clients etc. 2.10.25

I will proffer a view from a market perspective. Given the raise of £4m with Oak Securites as sole runner, it goes to follow the WSBN shares have been allocated to INSTITUTIONS or HNW and not to us in an open offer eg in the past rights issue. To top it all, the Oak Securites partner commented in the RNS and in dark print for their name stating that they will be happy to SUPPORT WSBN if the need arises [my para phrase so check on the wording].

In any voting, it would now appear that the £4m raise = nearly 10% of the co and small shareholders no matter how large will be unable to move any major decision/s or call an EGM or General Meeting. In the case of Solgold, it was stated that in a voting , INSTITUTIONS will be the final swing and they voted with management.

Yes, in the initial early raise, it is dependent on investors as is norm but commercial reality now says that WSBN no longer needs small investors to take up the stock. This is REALITY and therefore, WSBN is answerable to the big holders or institutions and hence why they have the right to do SITE VISIT and ANALYST'S to ring the co for Conference Call if they need to.

So, our lot is now not as important as we would like to think - it is COMMERCIAL REALITY and something all seasoned investors know isnt it? I do not think they wanted to raise but I think the institutions wanted in and therefore they offer a small 10% and just a bit over as discount but for others this morning, it is a 35% discount and much better than 40% discount even. Sorry to disappoint that we matter but everyone is free to try to "demand" ie ask for updates given DL's recent Perth trip with Poulden & Ed and to visit Red Setter suggests that institutions or whoever they hosted per protocol have more say than small holders. Yes Accionista , agree as that is practice in the market. Today, one co in UK hydrogen business has raised and at 35% DISCOUNT for £3m. But this co has an MOU with National Gas. Well, you know about assay results so take a look at Antipa's latest drilling results - their Minyari Dome is a bit North of Telfer. My view is that the results came in with higher and lower tenor and the intersections dont run into hundreds of metres as it is not deep drilling. Yes, same thing happened at Greatland - grumbles over raise, options, mgm, results ie not good enough etc but history says otherwise.

A few points to consider: [1] The £4m raise represents nearly 10% of the market cap depending on which recent period one takes. [2] If a co is in a "weak position" as in wanting to drill the initial phase, LARGE sums do not appear to be able to be raised. Normally, those that I see are in the £1.5m region & at heavy discount. Here the discount is 10%. [3] Very difficult for anyone to say that WSBN's work is not supported by technical data [geo technicals] and external an external geo consultancy like Apex Geo is doing the exploration and drilling oversight. There is a competent person signing the RNS on the results or visuals. Expert Geophysics [EG] also hired to do 3D & MMT which Poulden said they were best at - EG has also asked Russell Mortimer, Consultant Geophysicist to comment on the data. In addition, GEOs [plural] were present at Red Setter cores cut. Ed Mead is a Geo ie the Director of WSBN and a Competent Person who can sign RNS for the tech part/s. In short: many Geo's have seen the core, examined it as at ALS Lab picture in Perth. My View: Therefore, no one can say independent consultants were not called in and these work for mega co's like BHP, Rio, Anglo American, Illuka etc ie Mortimer.----------GEOLOGY WILL COME IN OR NOT COME IN. Antipa on the ASX released drilling results-assays on 30.9.25 : Folks here will say not good enough given as I said there are some parts higher tenor and low tenor. BUT the intersections DONT RUN into hundreds of metres and of course NOT because it is not drilling to 1,00m depth but rather more shallow drilling isnt it? You will recall that DL flew to Perth from London [his base] after the WSBN RNS came out. DL tweeted that Poulden is also going to Perth [base in Dubai] and they with Ed Mead, Director [Geo by profession and Competent Person who can sign Geo Reports] will meet in Perth , Western Australia to see to Red Setter cores to be cut, special analysis and then assays with other "GEOS to be present." DL also tweeted he may join Poulden & Mead to go to Red Setter. I found out that by road, it will be a 10-15 hr journey but Bogota on this forum said there was 1 flight to Telfer daily. Even though they can fly from Perth to Telfer, it is STILL 15IM OUT TO RED SETTER. DL said he might join Poulden & Ed Mead but this means he is NOT STRICTLY NEEDED. Why? Poulden is Chairman & CEO & has executive powers like signing documents etc and acts for the co whilst Ed also has some executive power as Director & Geo.

One poster attended a London AGM on 30.9.25 and said that ALL THE DIRECTORS were present but the CEO -----DIALLED IN FROM AUSTRALIA.-- The CEO is the one who sold Havieron to Greatland Gold. Then, SOME OF THE DIRECTORS AND CEO ---------WILL FLY TO CHILE--------TO H O S T ANAYLST & LARGE SHAREHOLDER.!!! So, the CEO has to FLY FROM AUSTRALIA TO CHILE AND THEN THEY HAVE TO AGAIN TRAVEL ALL THE WAY TO THE PROJECT OUT IN THE STICKS.

So, with this benchmark , it does appear that Poulden, DL & Ed Mead were hosting some sort of meeting with PERSON/PERSONS. Although analyst site visit is norm, large shareholders etc are NOT the usual and in the case of Chile, they will fly out this week when the co is still drilling. Solgold did the same. So, any surprise that there was a large funding package of £4m which can only go to HNW and institutions given no small shareholder can absorb such a big chunk. So $36,000 question is given this is convention WHO did the TRIO meet and NOT ONLY THAT GEO'S [PLURAL] WERE PRESENT to SEE RED SETTER CORES TO BE CUT , SPECIAL ANALYSIS AND THEN ASSAYS. Special analysis could be spectral . A PICTURE WAS RELEASED BY DL to show them at ALS LAB in Perth with Ed etc. This is NOT usual from the co's I have followed in junior mining . Why? It is obvious the group of Geos were there to attest to cores being cut, special analysis to be done and then only assays. So, PRE-TEST before assays and hence only Geos are familiar - Geos so that it is done properly and attested to isnt it?

So, big $36,000 question. When do we get the big reveal? Just asking. 2.10.25

On the other GSCU stock forum, one poster named farukequity dated 30.9.25 at 11:42 said he wen to the AGM in London and he was the only 1 there. All the directors were there and CEO dialled in from Australia. All resolutions passed , SOME OF THE DIRECTORS & CEO WERE FLYING TO CHILE "later this week to be ONSITE & host A N A L Y S T & L A R G E SHAREHOLDER visit." Kindly check on the other forum as I was not present at the London AGM.

The story of Bushranges , Australia ends like this: Folks were fuming and well smokes were coming out of their ears. One day, there was a meeting in London and Bird told an old timer he is NOT going to DRILL ANYMORE at Bushrangers as it will cost $8m to go on a hunt for the higher grade if there is in the large licence area. But Bird's style is to drill up just enough to meet the basic threshold to sell since he cited that was what happened to his Kiwara Zambia project sold to a major then. Bird said he leave of the pie to the buyer. Well, Bird likes to do conceptual studies and at different price points for capex which is not suitable for a small co as it is not millions but $billion or short of it from later studies. So, Bird will also be waiting for the price of gold and copper to turn as it is basically a copper project. He is keeping it close to his chest so he is not talking. But folks think its no good but Bird is not someone to discount entirely and what he has up his sleeve no one knows. I dont know Bird very well as he doesnt talk much ie tight lipped. LoL. Bird is not giving away his game plan since AA has a buy back but it is short of the target set. Folks are furious Bird wont drill but $8m is a lot to raise at this time until copper hits his conceptual study target. I lost touch but just a story to let folks know that in junior mining, expect anything.

I have my feet on the GROUND. One poster is from Colin Bird's stable. Bird had a licence in the Lachlan Fold, Australia. It is next to CADIA-RIDGEWAY belonging to Newcrest, one of Australia's largest gold mine in that part of Australia. All wonderful and Bird said he is going to drill deeper just like Solgold did. Well, he said all this close to Christmas. Bird hired 1 of the foremost geo's that was THE expert in the Lachlan Fold & he said that the fluid [magma to us normies] flowed thru the Lachlan Fold and therefore it should have gold in Bird's BUSHRANGER licence [12 targets or anomalies]. So Bird drills the 1st target up to 300-500m [defined as open pitable] since Anglo American etc drilled it too shallow. What happened? Well, Bird did a target with % copper and gold g/t. BUT A TWIST of geology meant in the end, it FELL a bit short on the copper and not enough of gold credit. So, yeah, the geology didnt turn up the gold as anticipated by the magma or fluid flow to Bushrangers but it did for Cadia-Ridgeway. Cadia-Ridgeway is HIGH TONNAGE but LOW GRADE for Cadia. When they drilled Ridgeway, they found that MINERALISATION ENDED. So, the 3 geo's discussed it and normally, no one will ever drill further as technically, END OF HOLE SHOWED NADA. But they decided to drill BEYOND that BARREN bottom and hit HIGH GRADE COPPER GOLD PORPHYRY. It was the stuff of legends and I read the report of how they found it. Cadia has many deposits and grade ranged from 0.3g/t gold to 2.5g/t in parts & for copper 0.13 % copper to 0.77% cu copper. It is a whole district. Now, if the folks here heard 0.13 g/t gold , they would have screamed duster but as I said deposits have different zones and some like Ridgeway is deep = open pit and underground which is long life -something majors want.

So, bear in mind that in the case of Wishbone Gold at Red Setter, the bench mark will be Telfer and like Cadia-Ridgeway, Telfer also has low grade 0.5 g/t gold average grade and underground higher at some 1.5-1.8 g/t inc equivalents from recall but I will check my notes next door at WSBN.PL on this site again come the time of the results.

Hence, why when results come out like Solgold, GGP , EEE, Bushrangers there will be confusion because folks appear not to understand grades, zones etc but the final word will be INDUSTRY who are the experts. Folks at GGP thought the results were POOR except for Hole 5 but 1 hole does not make up a deposit. History says different and today, GGP's Havieron is a Tier 1 and their mkt cap hit £1.3bn even though at the time , they only had 30% left in the JV. After 9 holes, Newcrest JV and they did all the drilling up to PFS. I have posted the links and refs. So, bear that in mind that deposits are not what folks wish up ie grades - GGP folks wanted 5-10 g/t gold which is not norm in the Paterson and Biswas said for Greatland's Havieron, those were not normal grades for Paterson. Yes, hence why Greatland got in Rio's Copper Economic Ge

Everything DL [the big projects] are now all coming up like BUSES. Today, one of DL's co's was the No 1 riser at 420% or even more.

Another one is the lithium [reported by Reuters ie US$600bn and via a official treasury report of which I gave a link to ] but the folks in that forum are not aware as they dont read the RNS. Then, there is WSBN & Cloudbreak in 10 hottest ISA on ii up to 26.9.25-everything is turning to gold LoL including the gold price. Just to let folks know that WSBN & Cloudbreak [I dont think DL owns the Paterson licence but a co does who could have asked DL to put the word out] is the only 2 in that group above. But since people start ...I didnt mention it. NOT all licences will be another Red Rum and I am sure everyone knows that isnt it? For those who think co's can raise at higher prices appear to be living in another non-commercial world and the fact that the discount was only a bit over 10% is not normal given some have to discount 40% even. What if WSBN refuse to take the offer? They can but then how do they continue to have the support of capital markets going forward. This is the normal theory but I am not privy to what was said.
