Clarity: It was too late last night to put up the sound to listen to that CRUCIAL Chairman Poulden, WSBN interview with Zak Mir dated 18 Feb 2021 in which Poulden explains the Havieron discovery [45km to Telfer Gold Mine, Paterson, Western Australia] and WSBN's Red Setter, 15km to Telfer. I have listened to it again with sound up and at the 1/2 way mark, Poulden talks of what TERRA SEARCH told him about Red Setter vs Havieron.

TERRA SEARCH: Reference: WSBN RNS 7 Jan 2021: "Terra Search, the author of this REPORT has some DIRECT EXPERIENCE WITH HAVIERON having L O G G E D -------several T H O U S A N D metres on this project in 2019. Wall rock clasts within the BRECCIAS at H A V I E R O N ."

In the above interview [within this thread with link], Poulden said Terra Search told him that RED SETTER like HAVIERON drilled JUST SHORT of the TARGET although the word target is a para phrase from me. Yes, Terra Search is an important part of Havieron as they logged several thousand metres of drill at Greatland's Havieron.

POST 2021: WSBN hired EXPERT GEOPHYSICS Ltd [EG] to do 3D Modelling & MobileMT which can scan to 1,000m depth as is norm. EG also used RUSSELL MORTIMER, Consultant Geophysicist to comment on the model & MobileMT given he does work for BHP, RIO, Anglo-American, Iluka etc per his Linkedin.

EG believes Red Setter @WSBN is an "ANALOGUE TO TELFER".

Kindly look up the surface metres it starts from as they are the shallow deposits. Fill To Spill last night gave the WSBN RNS relating to WSBN's 1st surface drilling at up to 6.4g/t gold and 2.77% cu copper from recall. To read call up Fill To Spill 's name via Member icon to read. As I said, there are higher tenor and lower tenors. LoL I do wonder what some would think of the above. Relevance to WSBN Red Setter? Above shows what are the TYPICAL grades of the Paterson Region, W.Australia North of Telfer mine. So, how did folks in 2022 think that there was nada or something to that effect at Redsetter's surface drilling? 2.10.25 [PREPPING FOR WSBN HOLE 1 AND 2 RESULTS AND ASSAY [singular] to come as and when].

I dont know when but as and when. Can you also understand the Chairman of WSBN stated , not in just a Reach RNS or RNS but in the latest Annual Report of WSBN dated 30 June 2025 that :

1] "WSBN Red Setter: ...what could PROVE TO BE A TIER 1 Gold & Copper System."-

We, here on this forum are into the final rounds of what is going to come out and personally I have to look for everything I can to see if there is further data and therefore must prove proof from actual sources. Hence, why on Hotcopper Australia, they state please provide proof and sources or reference so that PEOPLE CAN CHECK AND READ for themselves and that is ethical and transparent. For eg, 6 wks has passed but DL only posted the pictures of GEOs [plural] at ALS Lab, Perth. After that spraying of water to look at the cores and inspection , they cant get to do the assays until ALL THE RED SETTER @WSBN are crushed and tested.

I checked the POSTER CALLED "ELEMENT 1" as he has posted on GGP on this site. I looked through a few pages of his open file archive on this site and he never said that WSBN's Red Setter is a "DUSTER" before ASSAY RESULTS can even come out from Hole 1 and Hole 2 is CURRENTLY still drilling so unless you are on site in Perth, Western Australia how do you know its a duster when HOLE 2 HAD NOT EVEN HIT TARGET DEPTH OF 1,000m yet today, Thur, 2 Oct 2025.

Can you prove proof for what you stated when NO ONE KNOWS of the ASSAY RESULTS FROM RED SETTER AT WSBN but you know? How? LoL. 2.10.25.

What HYDROGEN E1 are you talking about given there is NO Hydrogen in this WSBN Red Setter project, only copper and gold in Paterson, Western Australia, not hydrogen? Two, who is Element saying it is a "duster"? Your post is dated 1 Oct 2025 and NO ASSAY RESULTS ARE EVEN OUT YET from WSBN relating to Hole 1 and Hole 2 is drilling.

Since I was at Greatland Gold BEFORE DRILLING started, I think you may NOT be aware that GREATLAND GOLD never drill more than Phase 1 of 5 holes and then Phase 2 of 4 holes and results came out in Dec 2018. In Mar 2019, Newcrest JV'ed to spend $65m for a 70% share to PFS.

Been there, got the tee-shirt. Has the ALS LAB IN PERTH TOLD YOU ITS A DUSTER otherwise how do you know? Just askin.

No point trying to flush the RNS and WSBN Spotlight from others potential benefit to decide for themselves whether Red Setter will deliver or not given so many geo experts, geologist, different geophysicists and experts called in eg Terra Search, Expert Geophysics and most of all THE MMT that can scan to 1,000m depth and aerial and magnetics including from the AUSTRALIAN MINES DEPT for the magnetic survey/s.

What does Richard Poulden bring to the table? Answer:

Comment: From the Annual Report of 2024 RNS from WSBN and their Spotlight on WSBN above, Poulden brings potential VALUE to shareholders and thanks to DL who gave WSBN the licence at Red Setter which he and Peter Romeo Gavanni sold to WSBN via RNS reporting.

Point by Point Answer:

At this time, NO ONE knows when NEWS will come out and that is FACT - no one is privy. One here says MM's still clearing the placing of £4m.

DL would be in a position to hear and from experience from the general pool of the industry - this is experience from looking at the trades etc isnt it? But Mr M knows better -so a difference in opinion and unless MR M is ZE MARKET MARKET HIMSELF OR HIS UNDERLINK, how will he know better than DL? How? Mr M said he doesnt know anything about MINING when he started posting on this forum and THANKED ME for info?

[2] FEES are NOT paid like dishing out sweets - there is an AGREEMENT ie legal agreement and contract and paid a/c to that contract and not based on a raise and everyone gets a handout -- compliance with accounting and all that is par for the course 101.

[3] I checked Poulden's salary and he has NONE ie NO SALARY, ONLY FEES PAID and NOTHING ELSE eg pension etc. Source: Pg 43/43 of WSBN RNS dated June 30, 2025 : "FULL REPORT OF THE FINAL RESULTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31.12.2024" [latest] and this can be viewed and checked above. So, Poulden receives no pension payment, insurance, salary, bonus and the rest of it. The FEES paid to Poulden is dated 2024 final results and it gives the fees paid also in 2023 for context in the audited accounts of the Annual Report. It is £200k for the yr and nothing else.

[4] What does Poulden [Chairman & CEO ] OFFER shareholders? Answer: In the above ANNUAL REPORT and FULL AUDITED A/C FOR 2024 IT STATES:

The data of the directors of WSBN buying shares dated 18 Oct 2018 is above this page and can be viewed - Poulden bought £156.3k's worth and held 584,993, 089 shares after the buy in. Other directors of WSBN also bought on 18 Oct 2018.

HOW MUCH DID THE DIRECTORS & CHAIRMAN POULDEN PAY FOR WSBN SHARES? ANSWER IS DATA ABOVE THIS POST IE 0.11pence. Today, WSBN closed at 1.34p + 6.35% BEFORE assay results from Hole 1 & 2 Red Setter, Paterson , Western Australia.

How much is the profit: Take 1.34p mid price today, 2.10. 25 and minus 0.11p = PROFIT 1.23pence per share or A BIT MORE THAN 10X.

I have located the Wishbone Gold RNS dated 7 Jan 2021 entitled: " High resolution aerial magnetic and radiometric survey at Red Setter project, Paterson, Western Australia.

Too much to type up and please read if interested but the PROOF and EVIDENCE Terra Search preparing the REPORT for WSBN as Consultant Geophysics etc did WORK on the LOGGING at Havieron. As I said, the Telfer data is well reported in TOMES of drilling report which runs to hundreds of pages which I have read before when at GGP stock forum at the time. Its not cobbles Sir as you say given that even in ACADEMIC work in Geology, Geo Porter details LEGENDARY deposits like Telfer and better still WSBN hired Terra who did THE LOGGING AT HAVIERON and that is FACTUAL, Sir. I also understand the WSBN driller this time are also experienced in Paterson and if not mistaken were the same drillers for Havieron but I shall CHECK the RNS from WSBN when I have more time.

YES, even at Telfer all the drilling reports will be tomes thick to CHECK isnt it? Prove me wrong about HISTORICAL DRILLING REPORTS which is 101 in exploration otherwise compare it to WHAT, in Chile , surely not, but to compare to the NEARBY DEPOSITS like Telfer and Havieron isnt it? Thanks. 2.10.25
