Agreed - I agree that we have to wait for RRR to deal with this matter. Kemche of RRRADVFN's link was a dead link ie click and it cannot open so I did a REVERSE check by typing that link on Google and found it. There are NOW 2 MORE POSTS from Noirua of ADVFN RRR with a link from 2001 and about Turkish licences taken by Burkina Faso.

In many countries, they can withdraw licences, individual but there is NO blanket withdrawal UNLESS by PRESIDENTIAL DECREE or Parliament enacted law.

[1] HELPFUL, one of the CLN holders, isnt it fact, that even in the RRR Annual Report of 2013, shareholders HELD up this co to the tune of £4m+ and borrowings another £1.4m PLUS with SALES in the region of £1m+. I cannot think that HELPFUL goes back 20 years ago or rather 19 yrs when RRR was formed. So, in fact, the CLN's CANNOT APPEAR TO CONVERT TO SHARES AS THE STRIKE PRICE IS 0.2P [4X CURRENT] TO MAX 0.6P [10x+] . Current price is 0.045-0.05p, Mkt Cap £2.1m.

[2] As the Annual Report 2013 stated that it is the ASSETS that are HIGHER than the liab. CAVEAT: GENERAL PRINCIPLE IS THAT ANY AIM CO MUST CONTINUE TO BE LISTED & BE ABLE TO RAISE MONEY so in FACT LENDERS are supporting the co OR shareholders by placings. FACT OF AIM CO that are not earning.

[3] IT IS THE ASSET ====THAT MAJORS WANT THAT HAVE POTENTIAL TO BE BIG MKT CAPS====. MR BELL'S OFFICIAL RECORD: [a] M U S O N I , DRC [Copper & Cobalt], now subject to DRC Arbitration Award of US$10m before costs and potential $430m region for loss of the asset in 50.1% share. Still awaited.

Comment: What are folks here TAKING ABOUT? From the 2013 RRR ANNUAL REPORT, LOSSES WERE £22.105 Million POST TAX and PLACINGS were £4m + with NET BORROWING £1.4m and SALES OF INVESTMENT £1.1M.!!!

So, in -----------F A C T -----------this was the same modus of operation even in 2013. IT IS SALE OF ASSETS and from one reading, the process was slow. If one read the above , it is LIKE TODAY ie gold mine starting, sale of assets potentially and funding. SO, LOOK AT THE SUMS OF OVER £22M and today, it is a much smaller operation and has been HIT by the DOWNTURN in commodities which there were fewer SALE ie MERGERS & ACQUISITIONS.

Comment: So, there it is in BLACK & WHITE from Proactive Investors to check [1] SALE was NOT assured given as I said, it need AGREEMENTS signed. [2] The BUYER - one of the investors MONEY was IN CYPRIOT BANKS at the height of the financial crisis and NOT as posters on this forum portray it to be that [a] the SALE proceeds was kept by RRR in Crypriot banks etc version. This relates to NAMA MELVILLE BUGT iron ore property, Greenland. LoL.

Comment: From the Proactive Investors article , it would appear that RRR modus operandi was to SELL proEvenjects eg El Limon Royalty, Mt Ida Royalty, etc Even then in the Proactive Investor article it appears like it is today ie waiting to sell etc projects . So, I am not sure IF FOLKS CHECKED what others have been stating but EDISON is clear on the data aas well as the Proactive Investors article. IN RRR V G.C , I read that after a while, FOLKS CAME TO BELIEVE the chatter as FACT. P.S I have stated many exam papers are 3-4 hrs. If folks here went in for a exam paper of 3 hrs and came out in 10 mins with the type of posting on this forum., I am quite sure it is FAIL or POOR GRADE? Why? Logical isnt it? Exam is asking for a plethora of answers and 1 line will NOT HIT THE REQUIRED MARS . COMMONLY KNOWN IN ALL EXAMS of lengthy time to answer. This is true of LEGAL EXAM PAPERS SPECIALLY.
