NikeAir180 Your observation in the TIME stamp is absolutely correct. Just to touch on the co I mentioned, it went to 477%+.in a few short hrs from 2pm. In the main, their RNS was either NOT read or NOT understood. In the USA, acreage is expensive as they are sold per acre for the oil rights. DL was provided more clarity on Twitter about how it works relating to the royalty. There is also another JV on GAS & LITHIUM, the latter I have heard majors are going into. WITHOUT RESEARCHING FURTHER, folks are jumping without reading the greater detail that the private group will have more development. Following on this, I have REALISED WHY MY RESEARCH POSTS in general have NOT been understood as well, if the above is simple to understand was also not understood. So, that proves CLARITY. AFTER RISING 477% to 3.18p, MKt Cap £3.18m. It was 0.55p ON FRI, 12 JULY 2024 ===MKT CAP AROUND £531,000. Unheard of in the old days of a junior at £531k mkt cap. If I saw any co with such a market cap, I would have to CLASS IT A SHELL and today one knows there was £4m IN DEBTS which was wiped out by the JV deal. So, now one knows for a FACT that the ASSET IN TEXAS was potentially a M & A play and undervalued acreage.

RRR is NO DIFFERENT given it also has ASSETS [Ref: RRR Broker Reports detailing the assets]. Mkt Cap is £2m at around the 0.05p mark. So, the moral of the story is that DL's co [he is not the CEO, Tom Evans is] , in 1 LEAP, debt was absorbed in the JV deal. DL said that the CEO was busy adding acreage so they know what is happening in Texas. So, with the caveat it is option money so that NO BLAME can be attributed as with all these AIM co's, one AWAITS DEVELOPMENTS & NEWS FROM CHAIRMAN A.BELL.

The AIM stock that Earl of AIM went to from RRR yesterday had £4m in debt & a Texas licence [see details] and announced a 50% JV with Globalvision International U.LDA for GAS & LITHIUM [deal involved WIPING OF THE £4M DEBT]. The two who run Globalvision is interesting: Robert Menzel, Founding member & Chairman - he was a PROFESSIONAL ACCOUNTANT for 2 of the BIG 5 auditing firms @Deloitte in Namibia & Portugal PWC. He was FINANCE DIRECTOR for Energy Africa [Angola] which was borne out of the MOBIL stable & later an ENGEN subsidiary, became part of PETRONAS. Paul R. Boucher is the Head Gemologist and worked at HSBC ABN AMRO, Babco#ck & Brown and involvement in AWARD WINNING projects contributing to $20bn in financing. Also has an MBA.

My Comment: No, I did NOT BUY in. But I like to learn about oil/gas and NOW LITHIUM in Texas. Of interest is that PRIOR to the unheard 400% rise on AIM, it does show that the AIM stocks have been DRIVEN to kitchen sink a/c status of low mkt caps, hence the rise with news [Efficient Mkt Theory]. So, just to add that Earl of AIM in getting in early would have made some money and that he was positive to walk away from this forum yesterday.

I am always learning that therefore , I am not yet nuanced in depth as to TEXAS and LITHIUM but I am sure DL is nuanced on the latest around the world on commodities. It is also good that DL has found a project with some really highly qualified people in GlobalVision which sounds like a fund of sorts for HNW etc. I have not looked into it too much and I dont tend to jump in without looking into details. Relevance: Positive for AIM junior stocks and I am pleased DL made the effort to put his co on the risers list , one which is not often seen on AIM of which RRR is also a junior . As they say, its good for AIM in general when one co can rise 400% in 1 session ie 1 day.

I am pleased to see that Earl of AIM is posting on another forum today which HL currently lists it as +257.09%. So, just to let folks here know given one said this and that. So, good for Earl of AIM and that he tweeted it to his friends on Twitter which he mentioned on that forum. Always good to see someone do well given what Earl experienced on this forum yesterday proving my point that PROVIDENCE has been kind given what was posted. The stock is one in which DL runs and as I said, from his open Linkedin, he does know a lot of people in business. So, positive Earl has moved to a lucrative stock.

It does look like there is INTEREST in gold in COTE D'IVOIRE and RRR may be now in the right DISTRICT code. I will check later where the above project is situated exactly in Cote. SO, COTE d'Ivoire is being a hot exploration territory.

Miners Deck has just tweeted the latest "WEEKLY GOLD DRILLING HIGHLIGHTS" and DL's RIVERSGOLD is featured in the RANKINGS of all miners inc SOUTHERN CROSS GOLD @SUNDAY CREEK, 14 mins from RRR's Kilmore & Kilmore West. Just today, someone said something about DL and on that very hour kinda of thing, out comes the RANKINGS for the INDUSTRY to see and its a no wonder a OFFICIAL APOLOGY was made to D.L from TW [inc one from SP]stating: "APOLOGY: DL LEADING GOLD COMMENTATOR AT RRR."

DL also tweeted what everyone knows ie AS SUNDAY CREEK @SOUTHERN CROSS GOLD , ASX gets into the news, the MORE IT BRINGS ATTENTION TO RRR'S KILMORE & KILMORE WEST.

ANOTHER FACTOR:

There are some IMMUTABLE laws of the universe & most people know it. I am not sure if folks are aware but one is taught this when one is very young at around 10 yrs old. In stocks etc, it is 1 of the factors that come into play as well. On one forum, just before this chap put a bet on, he told everyone on the forum. However, just 1 sec before that, he started on someone with calling names etc. Later, out of his own mouth he told others, "LOST, LOSE ON EVERYTHING ." I dont know how much he lost but to this day, he has never mentioned even ONCE about putting a bet on. He seems to have gone quiet on stocks as well.

I personally know someone like that. But if one looks at cause and effect ,it is easy to see why as well relating to immutable laws be they in stocks etc. So, something to consider for RRR STOCK OR OTHER STOCKS. So, while there are ANALYSIS for stocks, it is a COMBO also of the immutable laws. Hope that helps. One can always correct if one knows of cause and effect.

Both expert chartists and gold experts said that GOLD WOULD CONSOLIDATE for a bit and then HIT NEW HIGHS. Today, indeed, GOLD HIT A NEW HIGH. Yesterday, Solgold issued a gold streaming deal for US$750m from 2 of the streaming gold giants. Today, Eric Sprott bought 15% in Landore Gold. So, these BULLISH MOVES also was in TANDEM with the GOLD PRICE RISING. SHANGHAI GOLD FUTURES AND SPOT GOLD WAS ALSO UP and moving into STRENGTH and watched by Wall Street as the overnight indicator.

However, the poster taking out a SHORT POSITION ON GOLD AND POSTING THE TRADE on this forum WAS NOT AWARE OF THE MACRO-MICRO metrics as above inc many other factors eg buying of gold in Asian markets to spot.

SO, HELPFUL ASKED WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO THE GOLD SHORT to which the ANSWER, it was STOPPED OUT. Means a LOSS as gold did NOT FALL but ROSE STRONGLY.

LOSSES IN RRR: This is the same on RRR stock or any other stock. Hence, why they say invest in something one knows well and an expert in rather than take on something one is not in real life expert in. So, there are many that say they are disgruntled etc? The REASON is the same as with the GOLD SHORT TAKEN without knowing what the INDUSTRY KNOWS.

SO, THE MORAL OF THE STORY IS THAT LOSSES CAN BE PREVENTED. I WAS ASKED ABOUT THE RRR SHARE BROKER REPORT YESTERDAY and today I stated it is nearly more than 1 year old and MANY PROJECTS have had UPDATING but NO ONE IS DOING THE WORK just as Juno folks at MT IDA DONT EVEN KNOW GINA is the 51% OWNER OF MT BEVAN and the $5bn development is going to be near them ie same deposit. Also, that Gina is selling IRON ORE MAGNATITE TO MODI of India. On every topic to do with RRR , on one keeps up to hunt for details but instead gets the opposite on FASO not aware of the Statel state etc. So, CLARITY for stocks be it RRR or etc.

Hello Mr Helpful. Thank you for the Mt IDA resource given that was some time ago. Currently, Juno are drilling for lithium at Mt Ida. Meanwhile, the folks at Juno are NOT EVEN aware that Gina has bought 51% in Mt Bevan. From what I read of Mt Bevan today, MT IDA IS THEREFORE 2.5X BIGGER THAN MT BEVAN.!!!!

Gold hit the all time high today. In other news, Eric Sprott took a 15% stake in Landore and this tends to be the trend as Landore is in B.C where Eric is resident. This may be that the JUNIOR EXPLORERS IN GOLD are again in favour and Eric's buying a 15% stake may be the start of that interest?

In other news , Solgold got a US750m streaming deal with Nevada Franco & Osisko but they want to take payment in GOLD itself.

So, one can see that both Franco & Osisko are moving ahead of the herd & this is just before the all time gold high today. The industry is well nuanced on the direction etc.

This comes back to RRR Faso wherein Mr Bell, Chairman of RRR would have ARRIVED at the capital of Burkina Faso and onward to the GOLD CAMP at Faso. There is NO doubt that any gold produced will be saleable more so today which is rather historic.

Also historic that GINA RINEHART , Australia's richest woman has just closed a 51% stake in Mt BEVAN, CONTIGIOUS TO RRR'S MT IDA, of which was the founding project of RRR in its admission document on the AIM. However, the article I posted from the AFR today mentioned that Gina deals direct with Modi, hence it is not a matter of trying to find groups of buyers for the iron ore project with capex $5bn at Mt Bevan but rather, its a 1 to 1 ie Mt Bevan to India. I took a look at the resource size quickly and MT IDA is BIGGER THAN THE MT BEVAN MAGNETITE deposit?

Isnt it rather fortuitous that MT IDA , THE CORNERSTONE OF CHAIRMAN BELL & MD WATSON'S IRON ORE MT IDA WILL NOW BE ALSO IN THE NEWS as Aussies know that Mt Bevan, Mt Mason and Mt Ida are in FACT THE SAME CONTINOUS DEPOSIT.? RRR started the co with MT IDA, their STAR iron ore project in Australia. NOW, AUSTRALIA'S RICHEST WOMAN HAS GOT IT potentially sewn up with India as the customer. And potentially no problem raising $5bn. Thanks Helpful. Rec.

P.S. The capex of $5 Billion is a whopping even by Australian standards. Gina made legendary history in Australia when she could raise $10b for ROY HILL IRON ORE MINE. Roy Hill is one of Australia's largest tax payers and it is from Roy Hill that Gina became a household name etc.

Thus far,. NO ONE COULD RAISE that type of billions to develop MAGNETITE which needs MORE FURNACE work than HEMATITIE IRON ORE. Now, Gina is going for MAGNETITE AND WITH INDIA AS A CUSTOMER FOR MAGNETITE. I know of only 1 big magnetite iron ore mine and that was from Chinese money developed in W.Australia by a big Chinese co.

Hence, why Juno did not have to CONNECTIONS to big capex funding to develop MT IDA and more importantly off-takers at the ready to take the MAGNETITE IRON ORE. GINA HAS DONE IT AGAIN!!!!

Mr Bell tweets under his own byline on Twitter. I just checked and there has been NO TWEET for 21 hrs now. So, it would appear consistent with Mr Bell, Chairman of RRR's latest interview with Stockbox that he is on his way to RRR Faso for their gold project on Tues and will be there for weeks.
