However, the only possible CLN holder is HELPFUL but I cannot speak for him as I cannot know if it is correct but from what was posted it is possible.

[2] WHY SHARKS CIRCLING per Banburyboy? Unless the CLN HOLDERS ARE "IRRATIONAL", they would NOT take any steps until they have SET UP A CONFERENCE CALL with RRR as norm. DL tweeted that Goldstone Gold had MAJOR SHAREHOLDERS having a corporate too...d. but that was settled. THERE ARE A FEW CLN HOLDERS, I WOULD THINK and the more holders, the MORE "DIVERSE" the book and that can be POSITIVE on votes alone or voices.

[3] IF, they demand payment, it must be IN THE AGREEMENT as under contractual law, one cant just legally act outside this AGREEMENT and whether there is CAUSE to "DEMAND" for payment OTHER ===THAN CONVERSION==is something that needs CLARIFICATION.

Contd: The Perry Mason series was not a long running one which continued into the 2000 era. [2] Mt Ida : Gina Rinehart, Australia's richest has now taken 51% of MT BEVAN IRON ORE & can earn 70% & funding of A$5bn with direct shipping to India via Modi. Contrary to what was said on the other forum about Pilbara being more suitable, on checking & with a link, it was said that Pilbara is running out of iron ore. RRR came to the AIM market with MT IDA etc but later vended to Jupiter and now JUNO. MT IDA is one of the largest undeveloped advanced iron ore project that sits contigious to MT BEVAN & MT MASON [Hematite owned by Juno, ASX, Oz]. RRR has a ROYALTY on Mt Ida. [3] RRR COTE D'IVOIRE, I posted links of big miners taking stakes near the PERSEUS mine so hot exploration ground .[4] RRR FASO is also the same ie hot exploration ground as small exploration juniors pivot to artisanal mining. [5] RRR 100% Kilmore & Kilmore West next door to SUNDAY CREEK @Southern Cross Gold, Mkt Cap A$450m region. RRR OVERSIGHT: I think many AIM co's do keep an eye on their co's & one poster here on this forum said that RRR does have someone on hand to look. I know that on another co, the CEO mentioned forum. Perhaps, the co's take advice and there are NO informal pictures etc and since ALL GENUINE SHAREHOLDERS APPEAR TO HAVE BEEN "ALIENATED ", there is NO ONE now ASKING RRR/Chairman Bell on behalf of others on Twitter. So, it would appear that co's take the stance of issuing RNS as and when there is news to report given any RNS Reach is not appreciated by the sayers. Only an observation of other co's as well - RNS issued when news is present.

SAT MORNING POSTING: It is becoming rather clear that it is a 1-1 with others in support of this school of thought. From the above, I cant see how Helpful is to blame for what I have now read, that he was NOT IN RRR at the time. Neither was I or anyone else 20 years ago at RRR. I note that HELPFUL, NIKEAIR180 AND MYSELF have been classed under 1 umbrella of which is not proven even 1 tiny bit but rather the folks that cant get over their losses on this stock are the one's unable to move on perhaps or possibly since they say they go back to RRR history of 20 years?!! How can anyone have been here for 20 years since this co 's inception? Meanwhile, HELPFUL, NIKEAIR180 and myself are busy enjoying ourselves in the sun, having something nice to eat and drink our favourite drink, mine being 100% pure coconut water for hydration in this hot weather. Isnt life grand and always grateful to PROVIDENCE means that one's lookout being positive lends to a healthy entirety. Hence, RED ROCK RESOURCES v G.C comes to mind where this gent posting on this forum [that is what 1 article said from recall but not sure as I was never here and did not know who G.C was]. Ah, this same thinking lived on from what I have been reading in the short time I have been on this forum of RRR, CHAIRMAN , PROJECTS etc etc. Surely, not healthy to remain negative if one is invested and if one no longer has any confidence of any sort, one would think the folks would have been better off with a small tiny haircut of 3% rather than 90%+ which some cant get over and hence today's situation. Some that is the HISTORY here and THEEEEDUKE & BANBURYBOY'S IDEAS APPEAR TO HAVE BEEN ...since RRR AGM of 16 Feb 2024. Hence, why HELPFUL, NIKEAIR180 AND MYSELF are now enjoying life.

Thanks Helpful-pleased you are enjoying the weather. I have just come home and drank some nice orange juice and waiting to have dinner. Some were expecting a CEO to give an interview on another stock said NO INTERVIEW. So, it appears that many AIM co's are now turning to institutions for $$ eg debentures with coupon like in Oz. Thank you also to NikeAir180 for his comments. So, it does look like the NEW RULES are kicking in relating to updates and one has to await an RNS. Since both you and NikeAir180 are on British soil , you will have understood that teens used to watch some TV programmes and watching Perry Mason was interesting and lays the foundation in legals - now young law graduates have to stand on the podium and practice ADVOCACY skills. Nice to have learnt when young so hence asking me for the umpteem is a waste of their energy.
