Correction: £1.11 on 20 July 2018. On 5 June 2019 81.5p [correction, not 2018 but 2019]. On 11 June 2021, share price 56p.

1st of all, the PPP share price ended on Fri, 26 July 2024 at 9.6p BUT TESTING to the last mins, it was N/T [no live price to buy even £500]. Firstly, we have to look at [1] ARE THERE SHORTS [synthetic type like UKOG when it went from less than 1p to 11p due to shorting @synthetic shorts. PPP SHARES IN ISSUE IS 100M but the VOLUME since 17 July 2024 PPP RNS was so many times over so are there shorts?

[2] If anyone was here since 2018, maybe, a little history will be good to know why it fell from £1.11. I know that DL was appointed CHAIRMAN ON 28 MAR 2023 and in the short video in my post below, DL talked about COVID so sp would have been affected by this.

[3] Andy CLIFFORD, President & Consultant, 8 mths ago stated: "STACKED RESERVOIRS re:Texas and from recall he said there could be 30 WELLS [re-works and new] . I understand from the PPP RNS 17 July 2024, there could be 300 GAS WELLS !!? I think the LITHIUM from the wells could also have upside as said by PPP 17 July 2024. ON HORSE HILL, ANDY SAID "LOTS OF OIL." I was very interested to listen to Andy Clifford on Horse Hill , GATWICK GUSHER given his C.V as VP of BHP Exploration USA etc - he said that the TECHNOLOGY is not used in EUROPE but that HORSE HILL & USA TEXAS ROCKS ARE THE SAME. I also researched TEXAS revival and it is due to NEW CUTTING EDGE TECH as Andy said in his interview.

PPP SHARE PRICE : 9.6p on Fri, 26 July 2024==========MKT CAP £9M+. It is all about MARKET CAP so one awaits to see and hear more on Mon, 29 July 2024 as new listing rules kick in. Comment: Who got us the GLOBAL VISION deal , PPP RNS, WED 17 July 2024? Was it DL or TOM EVANS, CEO OR ANDY CLIFFORD? Anyone know? Sun, 28 July 2024. Comment: How prescient, dont ya all think?

The above PPP RNS started the RISE of the share price in PPP. I have been wondering if PPP has more acreage in Texas where MAJORs etc have been BUYING ACREAGE for OIL, GAS & NOW LITHIUM.

Example, Magnolia Oil. a $5bn co bought 48,000 NET ACRES in Austin Creek, Texas, for $300m on 5.9.23 [Giddings, Texas area of Austin Creek]. On 9 May 2024, MAGNOLIA OIL BOUGHT AGAIN 27,000 ACRES in South Texas, Giddings for $125m from a private operator. Magnolia now owns 500,000 acres in Texas. Ref: 5,000boe & 1,000boe.

PENNPETRO RNS 16 MAR 2023:

It stated a JV commences in GONZALES COUNTRY, TEXAS FOR 250,000 ACRES.!!!

Comment & Question:

Does anyone know ANYTHING ABOUT THIS 250,000 ACRES IN TEXAS now that TEXAS is HOT - LITHIUM, OIL & GAS ACRES BEING BOUGHT ? Can someone ask in the TELEGRAM PPP about this acreage? MAYBE, THERE IS MORE THAN JUST THE 2,036 ACRES PER PPP RNS of 17 July 2024. CAN SOMEONE ASK DAVID LENIGAS given I cant check as PPP website is being re-set up? Thanks.

Comment: Any SURPRISE PPP issued an RNS of 17 July 2024 about the SALE OF ITS --------OIL ---GAS ----& LITHIUM asset. I posted about how co's are buying OIL , LITHIUM AND NOW GAS ASSETS. LoL , no one was RESEARCHING TEXAS , hence all asleep except DL of course who is familiar with OIL-GAS-LITHIUM and knows what is going on. Comment: The majors etc are going into LITHIUM via DLE tech [direct extraction] at ARKANSAS & T E X A S . PPP is in Texas and the PPP RNS of 17 July 2024 stated LITHIUM JV [plus Gas]. I posted earlier today that TEXAS LITHIUM is higher grade than in Arkansas per STANDARD LITHIUM.

Andy Clifford in an interview with Catherine McQueen, 8 mths ago. Mr Clifford was the President of Nobel , the subsidiary of PPP. His C.V is very impressive: He is "credited with the discovery of over 2 BILLION boe worldwide. Worked for EXXON , BHP as Vice President of Strategic Planning Worldwide & Vice President EXPLORATION USA. He personally negotiated contracts. Rung NYSE Bell & won prestigious Turnaround yr 2010.

In the interview [3/4 way around 10:00] he said: " PPP Texas : Lots of potential. STACKED RESERVOIRS [30 or more wells].

I dont need to go back to read your post. NIKEAIR180 is NOT answering your question about "CONFIRMATION that AB is in BF" and you also want to know about EQUIPMENT. NikeAir180 RIGHTLY is talking about UPDATE about the gold project in Burkina Faso of which is a different aspect and that is not the same thing you want to know. As for asking me about being paid by the word, it just devalues your post. Why? It is just too ridiculous to be even believable as to PER WORD. We saw HaiwaiiFive0 , a poster on this RRR forum going to a POW presentation and at the end of the presentation, he asked a question of Sean , CEO when it was opened to a Question & Answer from the floor. Many also go to AGM's of meetings and they also speak to shareholders at the end of the AGM and one can ask if they are willing to chat etc. OR if one is a FUND MANAGER in the City in London, they go for special presentations to investment professionals. That is also the same in America. So, what else is there?

I am going to reply for the LAST TIME: UNDER BRITISH COMPANY LAW, Directors have "responsibilities" in listed companies per Beckett Law Counsel in case you are not familiar with Britain since you say you are Canadian. THAT IS THE REGULATION.

FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT: I didnt ask all the questions above per the title you started so you want to know, then you have to "ASSERT" those rights that you want and that will be under British rule of law. Someone asked STOCKSWARMI a question as to WHO GETS TO DECIDE ie interpretation of law? STOCKSWARMI [Helpful gave the link but I also saw it earlier]SAID THE COURTS and that is also applicable in Australia.

With regards to "PRICE SENSITIVE", is RRR obliged to answer all your questions eg where is Chairman Bell right now, has the equipment arrived etc and does this JUSTIFY a response over MICRO-MANAGING? I mentioned to this forum about ECHO who is pivoting to ARTISANAL mining and they NEVER GAVE TIMELINES as to the JV STARTING operations etc. There is NO PICTURES given , NO INFORMATION WHERE THE CEO is currently, WHAT EQUIPMENT is being used and who owns it etc. It is obvious to everyone ECHO WILL ISSUE AN RNS WHEN APPROPRIATE when there is MATERIAL PRICE SENSITIVE DISCLOSURE TO BE MADE. Others tweet and ask David Lenigas so there is NOTHING to stop anyone asking Chairman Bell on his Twitter handle or RRR Official Twitter. [6] Consult a FINANCIAL ADVISER OR REGULATORY ADVISOR per DL. That is also the London Stock Exchange rule and there are licenced Financial advisors in Britain. Comment: David Lenigas is an Advisor to RRR. Here he is asked by two shareholders about a stock and the above is his reply. From the above, I NOTE THAT THIS IS THE NEW RULES ? So, that may be why Chairman Bell is not answering directly to questions on the project in FASO @RRR. Dont know but would appear so if DL is the bench mark.

As for GOLD PRICE, as I said: ONE DECLARED SHORTING GOLD on this forum and GOLD SHOOTS UP. Then poster asked Helpful if gold would maintain and Helpful gave a general article. GOLD FALLS. No sound ie no more questions -then today, the next day or so, GOLD IS OVER US$2,400. I have seen this sort of thing in real life. Hence, I gave some friendly advice that is not related to the price but rather to do litmus test INSTEAD of jumping in headlong and this is called testing if one can get the right timing etc. Hope that clarifies.
