It is my view that Banburyboy, said by him to be a Chartered Accountant previous KPMG to confuse "MR BOLITHO" the new 9.9% RRR TR1 SHAREHOLDER PER RNS OF 10 JULY 2024 as the LENDER/LOAN PROVIDER. Where does it state in the RRR RNS of 10 July 2024 that Mr BOLITHO merely a shareholder of 9.9% RRR shares is a LENDER/loan provider?

Remember basic Company Law in your Chartered Accountancy exams of what are ORDINARY SHARES of any co? ORDINARY SHARES ===DO NOT CARRY A COUPON RATE OR INTEREST per layman's parlance. May I respectfully suggest that you, as a Chartered Accountant from KMPG will know full well, that in any professional environment, you cannot come out with a statement like that without EVIDENCE.

So, IF you can provide this forum & RRR plus Chairman Bell, an AUDITED line by line , statement signed by you with your qualifications like an auditor does, then one can send it to the co for further comment.

Otherwise, it appears it does not have any merit, just as in an office environment, no one dares make such statements without some verified statement with references, dates, RNS etc that is signed for by a qualified accountant isnt it?

So, Banburyboy, per your statement you are a Chartered Accountant from KPMG, how do you conclude without EVIDENCE from RRR Companies House about "LENDERS." To the layman, if one takes out a mortgage for a house with a bank, one will NOT get the deeds to hold as it is UNPAID and the LENDER is the BANK. The Bank must secure their LEGAL RIGHTS via A CHARGE registered against the property and hold the deeds UNTIL the bank loan is cleared. THERE ARE NO CHARGES against RRR. I just checked at 16:46, Wed, 31.7.24.

IF you speak to me directly by addressing me and asking me or commenting to me, I expect a level of common courtesy and respect and would like to kindly request that you keep your language to what is in society of culture acceptable ie no using of "B/S." If you decide to use it, then I do NOT have to REPLY because I expect a minimum level of respect in terms of language. Some employees have been reported to have been sacked using unacceptable language ie "s " words.

From recall of what I read, it seems that RRR was coming up on the search results and it started affecting RRR's business etc. The other day, Google again showed RRR as top search and had a special call up even [I gave the details]. So, it would appear that the DERAMPS were having an effect and it was said that folks started believing all the talk "AS IF IT WAS FACT."

Ah, G.C was posting on stock forums and I think I recall it was on this forum as well. G.C had to pay a substantial sum to Chairman Bell and RRR? G.C had to also ISSUE an apology without qualification that it was not true kinda of thing.

So, is history repeating given Chairman Bell it would appear had commented but I was not here at the time and others will know more what he said or didnt say.
