[1] Holding RNS. This will be RRR RNS 10 July 2024 where Mr Bolitho became the 9.9% shareholder

[2] Ah, here is the ---MISTAKE--by Banburyboy ie "Take ===ALL THE ASSETS===. See , this sentence alone is LEGALLY NOT CORRECT wherein a lender can TAKE == A L L the assets==? Isnt it an exaggeration ?

[3] Banburyboy would NOT cite the RRR RNS of 4 July 2024 wherein Mr Bolitho as said in the RNS "SUPPORTS this co and its prospects in relation to the lending."

[4] UK Govt Co House does NOT SHOW ANY CHARGES [0] and therefore it is "UNSECURED" in terms of 1st line charge.

[5] Comment about "uneducated" and repeated this morning - WILD ASSUMPTION. If taken to judicial review, proof for a statement like that will have to be evidenced, isnt it? So, just saying that wild assumptions are made just like Mr Bolitho can take ALL THE ASSETS? Wah!! ALL ? Even if one borrowed money from the bank for £10,000 and one had assets of £1m, the bank cant TAKE ALL THE ASSETS either, only £10,000 plus the allowed interest. DYOR, NIA. Thur, 1 Aug 2024.

Banburyboy stated he is NOT a shareholder - later he said he bought the equivalent of a London lunch. AimDogs said he was not a shareholder of RRR either.

The share price this morning at HL at 9:33am, Thur, 1 Aug 2024 shows NO CHANGE so the exercise of last night was a waste of time. Just as the remark about UNEDUCATED ---to all on the forum and readers this is also a wild PRESUMPTION. So, the dampers call others names when they are not able to expound their thesis of the short style to any effect? Just askin.

How come Banburyboy, leading the conversation yesterday is NOW SILENT - as to taking of assets by Mr Bolitho? Isnt that why THE RRR RNS of 4th July 2024 was NOT QUOTED in FULL & it entirety because it may NOT HELP his cause? Even the date of the RRR RNS of 4 th July 2024 was NOT CITED. Enough said.

So, this morning, Helpful has indirectly supported what NikeAir180 said last night indirectly. Let me also comment further about Mr Bolitho, the 9.9% shareholder of RRR per the 10 July 2024 RNS pursuant to the 4th July 2024 RRR RNS - that IF all the group here of damper are correct, SAY, why did Mr Bolitho chose to CONVERT then [the conversion terms]. [2] Why did the RRR RNS of 4th July 2024 say that Mr Bolitho indicated that he "SUPPORTS THIS CO & its PROSPECTS" in regard to the lending?

LEGALS: Legal agreements have the CLAUSES set and they may vary from standard agreements. SO, DOES BANBURYBOY know what is in the agreement and whether the INDICATIONS given are also in WRITING?

Question: How come this morning, Banburyboy, AimDogs, and the other forum are SILENT & no longer going along these lines like last night about taking of assets, which is clearly not the case.?? Just asking. I will also repeat again, COMPANIES HOUSE UK GOVT RRR does not show ANY CHARGES ie 0. Legal Charges are registered .

So, in order, isnt it UNSECURED?

Read the RRR RNS , 4 July 2024 in the verbatim, not what you think it says.

The "we" is RRR. Check the RNS above for yourself. IF, you are a shareholder, then you would take in what the RRR RNS stated of "we appreciate" Mr Bolitho's "long standing support for the co & ITS PROSPECTS."

Important : "HE ie Mr Bolitho HAS INDICATED HIS SUPPORT in respect of the remaining debt." Notice the word "CONVERT" debt into shares?

Clear as daylight.

A creditor can make a claim on company assets [although I believe court's approval could be required] whereas a shareholder can not make such a claim."

Comment: Ah, now with the exact quotes to see, the conclusion is clearer isnt it? So, Mr Bolitho "has indicated his support in respect of the remaining debt .? NOTICE: "WE APPRECIATE HIS ===LONG STANDING SUPPORT FOR THE CO== & ==ITS PROSPECTS."

End of. Clear as daylight and from the RRR 2 RNS of 4 & 10 July 2024. DYOR, NIA. Everyone can read for themselves from the RRR RNS isnt it?

For the avoidance of doubt: I have NEVER said I would be seeking to contact the NOMAD in regards to the Mr Bolitho matter which Banburyboy raised at 17:41pm, Wed, 31.7.24.

It is very obvious that the RRR RNS of 10 July 2024 STANDS as it precedes the 4th July 2024 by" implication" as suggested by Banburyboy. BOLITHO IS NOW A SHAREHOLDER OF 9.9% OF RRR SHARES and he his standing is the SAME as SHAREHOLDERS.

Hence, the RRR @Companies House gov is correct per the link I gave -THERE IS NO LEGAL CHARGE ie 0 on RRR.

What is there to check with the NOMAD?

For the avoidance of doubt: There is a difference between "DEBT" and "CLN" is there not? Didnt Helpful explain to theeeduke the difference from recall.

So, Mr Bolitho, the 9.9% shareholder of RRR [said to be in an ISA per RRR RNS of 4th July 2024], that is NOW DUSTED isnt it as the RRR RNS TR1 holder Mr Bolitho of 10 July 2024 NOW SUPERCEDES the 4th July 2024 RRR RNS informing of the conversion, isnt it?

For the avoidance of doubt: There is NO misleading anywhere given the RRR RNS of 10 July 2024 provides the TR1 proof that Mr Bolitho is a 9.9% holder of RRR, a shareholder.

I have just looked and KEMCHE of ADVFN RRR at 21:33 has cited the title you have just posted. SO, THERE HAS BEEN A MEET ? Maybe, it is a coincidence but you and Kemche posted exactly the same. Why did you NOT QUOTE the title in the 1st place?

So, on 10 July 2024 , the RRR RNS of 10 July 2024 stated Mr Bolitho is a 9.9% shareholder. Per the 4th July 2024 Kemche cited but I have NOT checked whether it is verbatim, it does say Mr Bolitho is going to hold the share in an ISA.

I used to check IG INDEX for the % of their clients who have SHORTS on any one stock. I just cchecked for RRR but that info is no longer on open file and I am not a client of IG Index. Can you kindly show me a reference to check. Why? The write of the post told ocelot the only way is to short the oil stock which rose more than 200% just in 1 day alone. So, I need to see if there are shorts taken out on RRR. Thank you.
