SPECINVESTOR99: I dont think ANYONE is DIVERTING because there are PROCEDURES to follow in Britain. Every Brits on AIM stocks know that and I list the following rights: [1] If one has some 5%, one can call a meeting and table a resolution. [2] If one is a institution holding RRR shares, they can request for a CONFERENCE call with the co & some on Solgold have said they do so as they are working in the City. [3] One can attend the RRR AGM say on 16 Feb 2024 in London and if the Chairman/CEO wishes to meet informally after the voting, one can ask. Lots do that eg Cadence. [4] One can TWEET to the Chairman Bell as he has a Twitter handle and MANY DO but NO one is going to ask for others. I did tweet Kilmore data [RRR] & Chairman Bell was kind enough to respond by way of a re-tweet from recall or DL to respond if they wish to. [5] One could fly out to RRR FASO with risk if anything happened and ask for permission to visit. [6] One could telephone the co. [7] As with anywhere, the book entitled: HOW TO WIN FRIENDS COMES TO MIND & this is also true in business as a polite request may meet a response in kind. [8] I think the co is aware per one poster here that the co READS these stock forums and therefore they could be AWARE the sentiment is not exactly friendly from some of the DECLARED NON-SHAREHOLDERS. [9] I also read your PROFILE via a few PAGES and you STATED SOME TIME AGO that AIM has RISKS etc so you are WELL AWARE. Comment: LoL, you, Sir have ANSWERED your own question asked today on this forum. Your answer to someone else on this forum above in 2023 appears still applicable. Since trading is not your style, then it appears obvious that the loss slips if nothing is done isnt it? To the others here, I am not sure if folks realise that the Stock Exchange doesnt like lots of pics etc after the ONCE posted. I note this from other AIM co's as well so that appears to be the style but kindly check for self. FOR CLARITY: NO ONE IS PRIVY to the exact situation and they have to DO THEIR OWN DUE DILIGENCE and make decisions about their own RRR shares isnt it? Shares can go up or down per London Stock Exchange guidance.

Since NO ONE is replying to the posts with NIKEAIR180's batttery on low and he's out for lunch etc and Helpful is on holiday, there is NO OTHER SHAREHOLDER here at this time that is from the school of thought that until there is an RRR RNS or results, one must do one's own due diligence, isnt it?

Market is not listening to the "noise" here on this forum unfortunately, hence the share price appears to be NOT TRACKING postings from folks who themselves declare that they are NOT SHAREHOLDERS.

Everyone has heard for the umpteem time about RRR and so, it is zzzz UNTIL RRR ISSUES A RNS. Meantime, decision to buy, sell etc are in everyone's own hands. DYOR. NIA.

RRR has many GOLD projects and other projects. In relation to RRR BURKINA FASO, no one is PRIVY to anything except the last RRR RNS and interview with Stockbox. Anyone who WANTS TO KNOW can telephone the RRR office to ask IF they are interested. Until then, ONE WAITS FOR AN RRR RNS and isnt that normal for ALL AIM co's listed in Britain?

How come if INTERESTED, you or others CAN tweet to Mr Bell on his Twitter handle OR RRR corporate Twitter? Why? There is NO CHAIRMAN of RRR here so kindly ask Mr Bell, Chairman of RRR if you want to know.

Thanks Helpful. Brian Gilbertson is ex-CEO of BHP and a renowned deal maker. Not only this but Chairman Bell, RRR and Mr Gilbertson go back a long way to Jupiter Mines time. SO, LOGIC does confirm that MT BEVAN, MT IDA and Mt Mason should be joined. Yes, Gina will find RRR Royalty to Mt IDA not prohibitive a price to buy. Well, let's see what transpires. It is Gina's style to buy in a foothold if possible so hence my thinking.

Artisanal miners are running rather wild in Kenya until the truck overturned with the chemicals to process gold .

I am not sure that folks here are aware that gold is not as easy in Tier 1 countries as it is with African artisanal mining and picking up from there. That is why RRR FASO is a JV so the equipment form the partner is under plant hire status.

I found it interesting that Chairman Bell could get Brian Gilbertson in years ago. I surmise that Chairman Bell is still in contact with Mr Gilbertson who is "mates" with Gina. Ah.

Meanwhile, I have gone to Hotcopper Australia [stock forum] to check on RRR's neighbour at Southern Cross Gold [SXG] ASX drilling at SUNDAY CREEK next door to RRR's 100% Kilmore -Kilmore West. SXG is + 9.17% , Mkt Cap A$466m after the Sunday Creek drilling results were announced. I posted the SXG CEO's [Geologist]interview on the results at RISING SUN & CHRISTINA [nearer to the boundary to RRR's Kilmore] & it would appear that the MKT has deemed the results showing CONTINUITY as favourable, hence the rise. Of interest was the CEO stating he was in TORONTO >global investors which means that there are NOT only Australians interested in Sunday Creek but international/global investors in Toronto, Canada. CEO of SXG mentioned that Sunday Creek is a "special gold project." On open Twitter if anyone is interested.

RRR MT IDA ROYALTY

I posted the Edison Broker Report 2013 relating to Mt Ida re: Royalty and the figures are pretty looking? Gina Rinehart has taken 51% in Mt Bevan, CONTIGIOUS TO Mt Ida, Australia and could earn 70%. I also posted last night that Gina 's co is interested in MAGNETITE iron ore & is seeking govt help re: rules. Mt Bevan was mentioned. Knowing that Gina is said to be interested some time ago in taking the placing at JUNO [owns Mt Mason [hematite] & Mt Ida [magnetite] but was refused , I wonder if GINA IS INTERESTED IN BUYING RRR'S MT IDA ROYALTY. As you know , Solgold just sold Franco & Osisko part of their project by way of ROYALTY. It is possible that Gina may want to position in MT IDA through RRR's Royalty given it is a logic move and perhaps strategic. Of course, NO ONE can ask Gina because she is not on Twitter to tweet to her. Interesting eh, that Australia's richest woman is interested in MAGNETITE IRON ORE of which Mt Ida of Chairman Bell fame [RRR started with Mt Ida but later vended it out to Jupiter who spun it out to Juno] stated this co upon this asset. I sent the tweet [open ] to RRR about Gina interested in MAGNETITE iron ore at Mt Bevan & via Atlas. This article from West Australian was posted by Gina's co. I do WONDER if Chairman Bell is interested in talking to Gina?

For CLARITY, I did NOT raise the Deferred Shares at RRR - SPECINVESTOR99 DID by way of providing the LINK to RRR Companies House FILING of 23 July 2024. THEEEEDUKE then came in about Deferred shares used in a "bankruptcy" situation which is CLEARLY not the case as the DEFINITION for the issuance is wider that than so , NO need to go over OLD GROUND.

This morning, from Australia, there is MORE NEWS about the 4 and the ASX - getting very interesting that the ASX themselves posted a ASX regulation notice screenshot in the group place. It is a 10 yr jail term or $1m fine per the ASX notice?

I was looking around at the RRR website to see if there are any new updates and I chanced on the above via https://www.rrrplc.com/news-media/ [RRR Burkina Faso Alluvial Gold Project, Presentation Apr 2024].

There are 19 pages and Pg 9 is of interest eg artisanal workings, FAULT/shear zone and more importantly the DRILLING RESULTS matched against the SOIL sampling etc ["RC drilling, rock geochemistry and artisanal workings]. Pg 10 states it is "controlled by quartz veins." Pg 11 shows "regolithic mapping , auger drilling, RC drilling & IP Geophysics of all the sites.

"Pg 17 : Background: The MINING & POLITICAL ENVIRONMENT: FGR FOCUSES its EFFORTS in the SOUTH WEST of the country =FAR FROM THE AFFECT ==F R O N T I E R areas. THE CHANGE IN POLITICAL LEADERS does NOT AFFECT the CONTINUITY of the TREATIES & PRIVILEGES of the local & INTERNATIONAL CO's."

I also read on Twitter that gold production is a SOURCE of revenue for the govt by way of TAXES and therefore, CAPITAL is needed to WORK THE MINES, START MINES etc which has come from the Western mining co's etc. Have to wait and see [CAVEAT] but suffice to say, it PAYS TO CHECK. CAVEAT: The RRR filing at Companies House today, 23.7.24 does not state who received the "DEFERRED shares" as stated in the filing. I AM NOT PRIVY to what is the purpose of the filing at this time so DYOR & NIA. Tues, 23.7.24 at 10.20pm.

If I were to post to HELPFUL alone on this forum, I would NOT need to post a long dissertation to explain. Helpful would know given he has two FUND management qualifications. All I would ask is , isnt it rather OLD FASHIONED to use Deferred Shares instead of OPTIONS these days. Short and sweet.

But having to post to a general audience, I have to illustrate the RAISON d' Etre of why options or deferred shares are issued and in what sort of EMPIRICAL setting traditionally in the corporate world.

When one POSTS & one sees it is a sentence, one MUST locate the SOURCE and quote the EXACT REF. That is why Hotcopper stated, please provide REF so that folks can CHECK. If you quoted ONLY BANKRUPTCY as the definition of DEFERRED shares, then BEFORE THE STOCK MKT OPENS, it can CAUSE folks to SELL due to the word "bankruptcy" from your post. WEAKNESS: You did NOT quote reference and if you look at Wikipedia, at the bottom, they quote reference to check and so do ACADEMIC papers or even RNS eg from Solgold. The link was given to RRR Companies House new filing today dated Tues, 23 July 2024. The link was given by another poster on the MAIN RRR CHAT forum on this site at around 3pm+.

Filing was today, Tues, 23 July 2024. It is stated: "CLASS A." So, RRR will be issuing an RNS on this filing potentially.

I just clicked on London South East "SHARE PRICE" icon and saw RRR now +11.7% and is LISTED AS TOP 5TH RISER today, Tues, 23 July 2024.

Nice to see RRR on the Top List today despite NO RRR RNS. Earlier, RRR was up more and I posted that given it does not happen everyday.

No explanation needs to be given as a post by Talkinto was at 12:25 noon, Tues 23 July 2024 about "prediction & ACCA" [please refer]. Many could see it as what appears to be "T I M I N G"? . Like How? Well, at 12:25 noon today, there is a post about prediction & ACCA by the gent. I opened my HL stock account and clicked RRR for live price and it showed +17% plus and I also checked Google Finance and it said the same as well.

So, anyone reading the 12:25 noon post and 30 MINUTES later , I saw the RRR share price UP +17% plus.

So, what explanation is there to give ? One could say that folks reading the 12:25 noon post today would wonder and 30 mins later, the Red Rock Resources SHARE PRICE was +17% plus which is NOT normal for this stock average these days and one would wonder HuH? If the share price FELL say by 17% , then folks will say ah, TIMING isnt it? I dont know but most people do wonder about TIMING.? News, Tues, 23 July 2024 NIA. DYOR.
