When you post theeeeduke, you make NO REFERENCE to what is being discussed and therefore a lot of ambiguity. NO, I CAN CONFIRM that accordingly, 0.045p - 0.05p IS ========NOT FAIR VALUE.====

Fair Value is PROFESSIONALLY valued by a licenced investment firm or bank for M & A etc. It takes in ALL ASSETS , debt etc. So, in asking, it is like knowing the result of a HORSE RACE BEFORE the finishing line. WHEN THE RRR RNS COMES OUT, as and when, we will then know the FAIR VALUE, but it is NOT the current market price in theory.

Is it also NOT true that the AUDITOR'S LAST ANNUAL REPORT which was extensive went into detail about "F A I R VALUE" so the assumption is that the 0.2p to max 0.6p CONVERSION was then FAIR VALUE in keeping with M & A principles.

So, what , IF , ANY , would you now , in your expert accounting opinion for the CONVERSION PRICE TO BE AT "ACCOUNTING FAIR VALUE" were it to be CONVERTED. ?

All the strategies are all WELL KNOWN to any one round the stock market. So, there is no NEED for me to give you a chapter and verse but suffice to say, that at the time of my post, it was as I said. So, THEEEEDUKE, you are not CORRECT about NEWS TODAY, as that is only the technical date but they have not yet thus far RNS' any conversion and appears to be RELEVANT ===FROM 28 JULY 2024==, not RNS today. LOOK AT THE CONVERSION PRICE OF 0.2p AND NOT MORE THAN 0.6p. TODAY, RRR IS around the 0. 0 5p mark [mid-price], 18.7.24.

How much is 0. 0 5 p today and 0.2p minimum? 4x today's RRR share price is it not? Hence, why I said it is important to CHECK.
