Exactly no official communication so we are self ransom by the minister of evil and his tweets, no idea of where the SR is up to, no idea of where the permit applications are up to or way forward even if it is application again, amendments, a no we aren’t issuing? Communication to Slovenian courts? 4. Communication to a solicitor with European experience maybe the one sitting next to him at the conference tomorrow? 5. Communication to the BCC as they got involved and that seems to be Lebebs problem 6. SR status and outcome, if it’s a no from the companies without permit then what is the point carrying on Each day the share price gets chopped a little more, in reality when it comes to a fund raise might have to pay people to take shares the way the share price is tumbling All imho

Reso... did I touch a nerve. Slovenia chooses to import gas to meet its needs when there is a source in its country that a company has been trying to bring into production for years. Tell me how that benefits Slovenia from not allowing that gas source to be included in the grid. As you said though the gas is only good for filling up lighters according to you.... and yet they want to promote external investment into a country that can’t help itself.... all imho

CH needs to set a backstop and then start legal proceedings, you can’t threaten something then wimp out, this has gone on long enough, and I’d rather funds were used to proceed the legal process up rather than pay for these boys to carry on living their fat cat lifestyles imho

Before any fundraise I believe they need to come to a conclusion on the SR. And then the fund raise should be via discounted shares to existing shareholders rather than to help CC line his pocket.... testing times ahead. Imho.
