Think it all depends on what exactly is the reasoning. I mean AST need a straight answer, what needs to be done to get the permits, what exactly is the ministers issue. For the permits what is needed, not what he expects to see, how can he be above the court rulings? Is he pushing the environmental impact assessment, after years of court rulings saying it’s not needed and he then decides it is needed after a 2 week investigation? Really.... is this a nightmare?????

I hope the minister publishes all his findings into the irregularities....and where next, ie, okay if he’s pushing now for adherence to policies, whack the request for permit in and answer should be within 2 months, but actually what’s the point, as the goalposts keep moving....so what are his reasons, ie he has to prove that something that should have been done hasn’t. I really can’t see where this is going to end....

Where will the fund raise be.... we are sat at half a penny before the impact of the ARSO minister resigning..... sorry guys but it’s hard to see where there is gonna be any positive outcome here.... imho

The article says invite Sophie Honey into the conversation, I mean she is the ambassador so this must be serious if they are accusing her of wrong doings? This is gonna get very messy and very quickly.....imho

The investigation must be showing something otherwise why would the ARSO les minister have stepped down? I just hope AST and JV partners are squeaky clean on all of this, gonna be a bloodbath this either way and not looking good for us, I’m over 100k down...lesson learnt... expensive one.

All a bit of a mess. So not sure why the guy has resigned but if this investigation was looking at everything surely it must assess the fact that one permit resolution should be 2 months and is almost 18 months old, apologies if I got the numbers wrong but had basically took ages, so how can they defend that yet scrutinise the pressure applied? I just don’t get it.... very fishy and let’s see how the British chamber of commerce and Sophie Honey react as in essence if the article translation is correct then they are mud slinging against the British government as well... all a mess

It’s ironic how all information is via the media rather than official channels.... will fall in the hands of a Slovenian Firm then miraculously the permits will be issued imho....

I don’t get what exactly is next, if the fault was the minister of Arso, what exactly has he not done? The environmental impact assessment wasn’t needed and that wasn’t just him, that was the court wasn’t it? Now minister of evils best mate takes over ARSO and ensures nothing gets issued ever. Joke of the century this. Imho,

It seems that some on here say that the market likes a share to have options, ie fund raise if required, then when you find raise they hammer the share price down.... that’s the way it was explained before

Am assuming there should be some sort of update on discussions with the minister this week or at least something official from ARSO les, ludicrous how the SP has been hammered yet nothing official out of the government agencies, and then you see tweets from the minister of evil on how European funding should be spent, why would European funding be given to a government who behave in this manner.....imho
