So being sensible for a minute, if that’s possible. Was there anything from CH today on short to medium term plans? I mean it’s been weeks now since the infamous ****ter spat, and nothing official from either ARSO les or the minister, anything from the British Chamber of Commerce or Sophie Honey. I hate to say it but I hope CH doesn’t stitch us all again, this is the time to be strong and ensure we have a solid game plan....

Over 2p, can’t see how anytime soon right now unless the minister of evil actually does the right thing....

Volume is pretty poor again today I was expecting more sells but seems to be holding pretty steady, waiting game now I suppose for many of us with an average of over 2p can’t see how many can afford to just dump now,... imho

Goodflyingduck please explain what is stacked against environmentally? The court has looked into whether an EIA was required a number of times and said no each time, what has changed that now suddenly one is required? Am assuming you mean that in support of permits?,?,

Scott actually agree, if you think about it the costs since the original permit declined due to laws changing but the permit was under old law, at that point should have took to EU courts, either way would have forced a decision.... imho

The course of action surely should be take the legal advice, see what the chances of winning the case are, there must be some lawyers who take the case on for a bigger slice of the compensation for less of a fee, that would tell us chances. But main one is what is actually happening with the permits, the minister surely must have now given the task to the new ARSO le head, and you would think that as the AST permits were the route cause of the last guy resigning / being forced out, so surely that would be his priority to resolve... but maybe that’s too efficient.... imho

EGM and let’s see what CH comes with apart from his balls to put on the board..... imho

NEWAST - not many of us like this BOD, however we are backs against the wall right now and voting yes to the ability to raise more funds is the right thing to do at this time. The saving grace is that the BOD have options which they surely want to exploit and the takeover is in CH interest as much as it is ours as he has a hell of a lot of options which can mature in the event of takeover. Imho.

Be great to see this back close to a penny soon, but can’t see that happening anytime soon, would help with the fundraise.... let’s see,... all imho

How does point 1 not? What exactly are we litigating against when we don’t know what has actually been agreed as an outcome? I agree with you though that everything that has happened in the past should also be compensated??? Imho

Parkeg1 Point 2 is influenced by point 1. Meaning we need to firstly understand clearly what the minister and ARSOs issue is, there’s a lot of speculation which needs clearing up, simply are the permits being withheld due to actions of ARSO or the applicant? Ie is there any accusations on the applicants, if there is isn’t then why are we being punished? Got a feeling myself the minister has knee jerked and now doing an almighty job of tryna sort out the mess and storm he’s caused, why exactly did the ARSO director resign, they say the information has been passed to the relevant authorities, all smells a bit fishy imho....

So we are in a position with the EGM next week and little confirmed information from ARSO apart from the steady flow of accusations on social media. CH has been quiet as well as Sophie Honey, the shareholders call that he eluded to prior to the EGM hasn’t happened either, we are left backed into a corner on the resolutions to dilute further, would be good for at least an update on the following at the EGM- 1. Official position of ARSO as well as the British ambassador 2. Discussions around legal case where are we upto 3. SR, fund raise being discussed, what’s impact on SR 4. Clear plan on next steps, we can’t just keep waiting forever for the minister to decide to talk to us Every article has told the story from the NGO and environmental activists side imho, when does a story get published which tells the story that the permits got issued, then the goal posts moved and under new laws, even though the permits under the old laws should have stood, then the epic journey of submit and re submit, even though there is a 3 month period to complete the application assessment, if there were shortfalls in the application then why did ARSO ask for things piecemeal, furthermore the EIA is what keeps getting mentioned in the social media gutter feeds, even though U.K. court repeatedly it is saying one wasn’t needed, the amount of time taken one could have been done anyways if this was the position at the start. If the case is heard on a level playing field an sure there will be faults on all sides. Good luck all.

Only 40k ish worth of shares traded today, everyone seems to be holding for now eagerly wanting to understand what next, be interesting what if any correspondence there is before the EGM next week... imho
