Slovenia government history Parliamentary elections were held in Slovenia on 3 June 2018.[1][2] The elections were originally expected to be held on 10 June 2018, but after the resignation of Prime Minister Miro Cerar on 14 March 2018 all parties called for snap elections. They were the third consecutive snap elections after 2011 and 2014. And the ruling party only gained it through a fragile coalition. All imho.

Governments come and go, opinion changes, the asset isn’t going to go away, costs are down to a minimum, bunker down and ride the storm. Imho this will end up in court there is no other way. As posted before this is the only viable gas source in Slovenia, and if they refuse the permits, court action, imho the way this government is behaving in Slovenia they won’t last that long anyways... imho

We actually need some official communication though before a way forward can be agreed, right now everything seems to be just twitter hearsay. His reason for sacking / making the ARSO minister resign was that he didn’t declare the meeting that happened apparently? But keep asking the questions where does this leave the BCC and their relationship when the minister is throwing slander their way, but he’s clever he tweets the article but it’s not what he says, so in essence get the effect and without actually saying himself imho

Would be better that we write the letter stating the facts that the permit process has taken years by their own admission deadlines set are a couple of months, and then state even though all of this is the background none of us have threatened anyone, the fact that he only appeared on the scene recently so not sure how anyone could have threatened him, even though he thinks he’s like AST most wanted..... imho

Hello Scott yes, I have downloaded the forms and started to fill them in. Basically just wanna get as much of the info together as possible and then decide way forward. Someone had said give it this week for CH to put his master plan forward however doesn’t stop us being prepared...

It’s more the fact that nothing official is being said, maybe it will take him 4 and a half years to respond officially and at that time he will say the process needs to be slickness up. For all intensive purposes the permits went back and forth for revision and additional information, which AST and partners jumped saying how high each time.... so what exactly is Jure Lebens issue, if the ARSO les director got sacked / resigned because of the meeting with the BCC, then why aren’t the BCC also in trouble? But that meeting I thought the opposers to the permit also attended. So anything that Jure Leben says doesn’t make sense, hence why I think we should take decisive action directly against the minister straight away, even if it’s to hold him to account for why he is releasing official permit information via Twitter or to a journalist? After preaching that the previous ARSO director hasn’t followed process, Jure Leben is a joke.... all imho. A little man looking for attention, everything is like oh look at me, please look at me....

Jure Leben, when he was diving around picking rubbish up, was the Slovenian secret service surrounding him to ensure no AST shareholders got to him.... joke.... oh man this guy is such an attention seeker... imho

Based on that, if the IPPC is the issue and the risk of “mass scale” pollution as they put it, give us the permits to re enter the wells, and to bring more wells online, and pump all of the gas out to Croatia, as the report says Croatia has a gas deficit.... imho

The sole gas source in Petišovci is at the moment not used for domestic consumers, although its capacity could reach 10 000 Sm3/h. According to Energy Agency data, almost half of the imports were covered by long-term contracts in 2016. The 50.5% figure for short-term contracts was still below the 58% share of gas traded on the basis of gas-on-gas competition in Central Europe, let alone the European average of 66%.3 Slovenia can cover its gas needs from two physical directions: Austria and Italy. Theoretically, Slovenia can be supplied by gas from Russia, European gas hubs, Africa, as well as with LNG from terminals in Italy. At present, the connection with Croatia cannot deliver gas from Croatia to Slovenia due to technical reasons in Croatia and to its gas deficit (the country is import dependent as well with its domestic gas sources decreasing).

Minister Leben is acting officially? CH shouldn’t back down now, take the fight to him, and also sue him for personal damages, there must be the issue of the way he releases information not through official communication but through Twitter Tweets, he needs to be held to account, imho.

Would also like to see clarity on which permit is causing the issue, the two are- 1. Re-stimulation of the existing wells 2. IPPC for the processing plant Would do us some good if at least the first one which is only carrying on what has already been approved and allowing production to continue whilst this mess gets sorted. Still believe this is being worked for a low ball offer, all of the asset is taken over by Slovenian interests then the permits miraculously appear. All imho. You can’t write this BS....

He was at the BCC XMAS gala last night so will have had a good night and spend most of the day recovering imho... hehe... send him an email he is replying but right now can’t tell us anything until the Minister or ARSO les answer to say what the current situation is, do feel for him as he is in a no win situation. Was hoping early next week he will brief on what happened at the event and some forward looking action plan with Targets. The permit approval and the minister to prove there was some wrong doing is still there and get the feeling this minister knee jerk Twitter tweet fest is what he’s now frantically tryna cover his own backside. Investigation on going, the old ARSO director resigned so if he can prove he did something wrong then prosecute him, but it’s all just in limbo. Hence why best course of action imho is to at least now share with shareholders the following- 1. Decision on SR 2. Advice given on legal action 3. If permits are rejected, apply for new ones at same time as pursuing legal action 4. Fund raise at what teens depending on legal case advice We always knew that the legal route was gonna be messy, but in hindsight am sure many will say should have gone for the jugular right from the start.....

Commence legal action ASAP, should have done this at the start of this debacle when the original permits got rejected under application of new laws which shouldn’t have affected the old application, enough is enough. This is getting to the point where we can’t even get official responses, everything we hear is through the use of social media, and the minister is making out like his life is under threat and has time to go on TV interviews but can’t orovide official responses, beyond a joke and a Drama Queen imho....

Scott I’m just downloading all the paperwork and then spending some time compiling all the evidence, will send you a private message, am with you nothing much more to lose and we have on paper lost a lot, maybe if Mr Jure Leben feels some personal pain will make him question his decisions. How he has handled this with the use of social media in essence caused the backlash from these spurious emails, main one was until he did that he wasn’t even recognised as an entity, so his reasoning behind the review etc is all flawed. You would hope the European Court takes a balanced view. Imho.

So and I’m only proposing, between us if we pull together the case for a claim in the European Small Claims Court, fund the 200 EUROS and let’s see what happens? Only proposing? What’s the opinion??? Would need a volunteer to take it forward obviously with no risk as the 200 EUROs would have been funded by a number of us, say 10 of us at 20 EUROs a pop???? Just a debate like the time we all sent the letter for the shareholders accountability group????
