Depends which permits get released if any, I understood there’s the two- 1. Enter wells again to increase output 2. IPPC plant Sounds like CH is now pinning all hopes on both, so increase income and then get funding for the plant. On paper it all sounds good and all that is the sticking point is release of damn permits, most of us are I am assuming still up at 2pish average, would need a miracle to get us back there... imho

Nobody’s buying in RAY, that’s what it needs some serious volume and then will move, but no one trusts anything that is said anymore, from assurances of it being issued to minister lemon then putting his size 10 in... imho

He was there yesterday, not sure if still there. Current status according to CH is that the permits are now back with ARSO, they have a new head, so if I was him I would be doing final checks before giving a decision. Progress imho, but the outcome is still uncertain hence why the market is cautious.

As individual shareholders we can all take Minister Jure Leben to the European Small Claims Court, I am holding off currently to see what happens over the next week and if not then will be submitting the paperwork. I will make available all the evidence and the paperwork to anyone who also wishes to make the claim. The cost is 200 euros ish for a claim of 5000 euros, it’s not really about the value but the principle, basis of the claim would be two fold, use of social media to brief share price sensitive information and then also blaming shareholders for emails which can’t be substantiated, with no alleged or anything similar that they are AST shareholders. So Minister Jure Leben must be able to prove that categorically the emails were from shareholders. Let’s make life hard for the minister. Imho.

Reso don’t let the truth get in the way of a good story, the comparison really isn’t like for like is it? We are in a different situation where your tinpot minister Jure lemon can’t explain a reason for declining apart from oh nasty emails, if this means no more investment in Slovenia or that companies totally screw over the government first before any investment will be worthwhile losing the investment... imho

Also CH is out in Slovenia tomorrow, hopefully the JV partners are also now stepping up efforts.

First sensible thing to be said to give the Minister a chance to show some common sense

All funds should be to legal route in Slovenia, prove your worth CH then we can look at alternative routes.... imho

Honestly believe that CH now needs to step up the media campaign just like Minister Jure Lemon has, any normal person would laugh how ridiculous his reasoning has become, he’s backed into a corner now and wants to still come out on top, even though he can’t find fault in the permit process.... imho
