Mr Jure Leben... aka minister of evil..... he’s a law to himself, is spending most of the country’s budget clearing waste packaging up which he then thinks he can recover from the companies retrospectively, even though the advisors are saying that he has no chance of getting the cost back..... still Minister of evil in his deluded world continues.... let’s see what happens next.....

That’s the point that keeps getting overlooked, the Slovenian courts ruled in AST favour as well, so when CH comment was go straight to Europe, was strange you would do both go to the Slovenian court present evidence, if they still didn’t play ball then go to Europe, imho.

Sounds like the Minister is everything we assumed he was, definitely an attention seeker, hopefully he gets replaced soon enough as by the sounds of it he is putting his own agenda before anything else and soon will get found out..... imho

Interesting also how Minister Jure Leben was quick to re-tweet the article about him meeting NGOs from the finance journalism paper, but not the balances view factual that the same paper gave on AST project. By same token he re-tweets the joke articles which don’t have any factual basis... this guy needs investigating imho...

No volume at all this morning. Sentiment, interest everything seems dead. You can sell in massive volumes but buying in volume seems limited to 5k, stalemate, can’t see market picking up until some signs are shown either way. We are at the whim of the ARSO les who are probably gearing up from Xmas now... imho

When I say commenced legal proceedings I mean properly, letters have been issued, not just that legal advice is being sought, imho.

What next though now? It’s like Groundhog Day, long suffering investors must be time for some good news or is the rot going to continue into the new year... I would like to know before that we have commenced legal proceedings, the scaremongering comparison to the cement factory that had basically broken the law numerous times and then take the government to court just smells of desperation, I would still like to see Jure Leben taken to court regardless of the outcome on the permits, will serve as a deterrent to other ministers who think they are a law to themselves. Imho.

James John, not sure why permits would be held until police investigation complete, unless that is the latest excuse in the string of them, the content of the permits is not being challenged I believe? Imho.

For that reason that years have gone by and nothing really progressed due to NGO, the twist now is that the government minister is objecting, the market thinks it is dead, no interest at all, I hope something changes soon but with little or no official correspondence from ARSO les, nothing will change.... imho

I remember when we were eagerly waiting every Wednesday (i think) for the ARSO les to gather and see if they were gonna spit permits out of the rear end of the process, alas this has been pummelled that badly there is no confidence at all, I would love the permits get issued tomorrow catching everyone out and then the mad panic. But this is AST and probably another couple of months of bs... imho
