The last two articles have been pretty critical of Jure Leben, ironic really we see this time and time again with the media, they build someone up to then completely destroy them, this immature minister will end up biting off more than he can chew, hopefully soon he will be brought to light for the true child he is,,,. I disagree the old ARSO head was only appointed in February as well this year, the replacement has been with ARSO since 2013 ish, all the pieces start to fall together. That’s where CH sadly falls down, has never been transparent on this, I just hope for all our sakes he hasn’t been telling any porkies in the permit application, as am sure the minister of evil is looking for any excuse to throw a spanner in the works... imho

That’s the issue, should just be on facts and use the experts, the ministers aren’t above the law and can’t be seen to just run their own agenda regardless of what the experts and the law says, I honestly can’t see how Minister Jure Leben will get away with it, but stranger things have happened. Hopefully some developments next week and not radio silence into the new year.....

Stockdale I respect your views and although I would also wish to think CH has what you would suggest s master plan, but sadly past performance I can’t see that, even though I so want it to be true. The only glimpse of hope I can see is that our JV partners (who are majority government owned I believe anyways) are stepping up the pressure and making noises which they weren’t doing before. Most important is to just get an answer currently on where we are full stop on the permits, right now no one is telling us, so in limbo is the worse place hence the market has reacted accordingly.... imho

Stockdale your points are valid, but at the end of this if there is no other course but legal action, would rather that than keep on paying salaries for no progress, imho.

And to be ignored would send an even better message, splash it everywhere and ensure no one ever invests in Slovenia again just as the government is trying to attract more investment, in a country where they can’t even follow their own rules, that’s how you make them see sense. Imho.

So that's a very risky route to follow.” I think what would more happen is that they brush it under the carpet, I can’t see how any government can ignore the law, otherwise they set the precedence for exactly what we were discussing, just enter the wells and extract as much gas as possible before they then take it to court and fine, then refuse to pay, of course the company wouldn’t do this same way as you would hope the government wouldnt ignore law....
