Agree with most of that apart from stop export to INA, I believe there are certain redundancies to get it to bare bone so can still supply INA, INA have helped us through thick and thin and okay for a profit as they are making a tidy sum taking the untreated gas. Question is without the re entering of the wells permit is there any process to increase raw gas sales to as high as possible, okay at a discount but gas sales are gas sales and of course CH wanted to rather sell the gas at a premium, but as they say beggars can’t be choosers... imho.

In the new year if permits arent issued I believe there will be more and more coverage especially as the legal route takes shape. CH needs to call an EGM and agree route if permits are not issued, not him and CC and the rest of BOD deciding what to do, he’s shown some balls now by threatening legal action needs to follow through. Biggest issue right now is ARSO les and Minister Jure Lemon just not saying anything, the Permit issue for MAGNA just before Xmas was a telling story, there an NGO had caused havoc and ultimately I believe the government then silenced him. Minister Jure Lemon is attracting a lot of criticism as well for his stance on some issues like Petisovci permits, however there is major pollution TES plant burning coal and the river pollution where his principles seem to go quiet. Let’s see what happens in January...... imho

For the uneducated, are there more wells capable of producing gas currently? We raw gas coming from only two wells currently, so if the way forward is to only sell raw gas and progress the claim through the courts can we increase capacity of raw gas sold to INA???

The concerning thing is the share price isn’t reflecting this, am hoping it’s as people didn’t want to be locked in (traders) over Xmas, Majority of LTH are holding and seeing what happens I think, the share buying is very low but also the sales only random sales with the odd 3.5m sales over a few days if you remember. AST is leaky though will expect buys coming in before the decision if it is going to happen, if not then court it is......imho

Agreed the gutter it’s in now is correct, but why sell now to take 10p out to do what with it? Furthermore they can do what they want to dilute at 0.3p what is there left to dilute and given the current situation no one is going to buy into a fundraise, so question is why do you keep saying to people to sell???? What exactly are they saving now that as you say toilet paper price is achieved.... imho

Planned all along then? Well that’s a sucker and lesson learnt, not much to do now but see if what you say comes true and the remaining pennies in this share get sucked up....

And yes can’t see how they will be able to raise anything right now with the SP the way it is, would be an ideal story in January if a litigation firm or no win / no fee solicitor has agreed to take the case forward for a bigger cut of the settlement, but let’s see what happens.....imho,

Can’t argue with anything you have said, but no one works for free, they aren’t a charity either. I have over 100k in this dog and should have taken a hit when it was at 1p with an average of over 2p, but alas what to do now but to wait and see have lost a fortune already on paper like quite a few here and got suckered in one last time genuinely thinking that all permits would be issued during this last debacle but couldn’t have forseen the minister Jure lemon turning this all sour...all the best for the new year.
