Colin to be clear everyone is looking for an update on what the plan is, clear and concise- 1. Permit approval process - can’t just keep sitting and waiting 2. Legal route, if the IPPC Permit was removed illegally initially, the claim should be started regardless of what the permit approval status of currently 3. Current funding situation - the income from INA gas sales is reducing month on month and is renewal date of May, doubt INA want the minimal gas we are supplying anymore so what’s the plan? 4. Current employment headcount, if the redundancies are imminent then ensure that everyone knows reasons why The MAGNA paint environmental permit issued before Xmas seems to now being disputed by the same NGO that has caused AST issues, so he will obviously be causing issues either way. There are a number if shareholders trying to force an EGM however the majority don’t currently support as this would only decimate the share price further, however your continued silence only supports their call for an EGM, some positive leadership from yourself is needed right now, strength is also in unity and need you to unite the shareholders and direct effort and frustration where it is needed the permit approval process and not your lack of communication. Received a reply from Colin, he said he’s working pretty much everyday what exactly he is doing each day is beyond me as ARSO currently are not saying anything and Minister Leben is only giving cryptic messages through twatter. Have said to Colin what exactly is the plan, simply sitting and waiting for AST to go bust is what the Slovenian ARSO and Minister Lemon seem to be wanting to do.. imho

Only update currently is the falling share price someone else given up and sold over 1m shares. Colons continued keep quiet isn’t helping the market uncertainty...imho

So colon the wimp needs to just get on with the legal challenge.... time for big balls

Minister lemon out on the prowl again today on twitter, gonna be interesting whether he sticks his oar in on the Magna Paint Plant Permit which has massive risks of surface water pollution obviously managed through risk mitigation, however be interesting to see how he can justify trusting Magna to carry out safeguards but not AST..... imho.

You would have thought clear laid out strategy not sat waiting for magic permits to turn up, and don’t buy into the BS that he is sat with a master plan but isn’t sharing it with us, all BS. He’s way out of his depth and only saving grace will be if any other minister will stand up to Minister Lemon. Start the court proceedings if we are gonna do it, waiting and waiting for a bone to be thrown isn’t gonna cut it. Colin needs to set some timescales that in itself will show the market some confidence that the CEO of AST is actually in control, right now everything it crashing along itself what is the point of him even being there for the day or so he does grace AST with his presence for the extortionate wage of what I believe even part time is 150k ish???? Imho.
